Usually go here cause they'll actually make my sandwich right, but recently it's been super hit or miss. Just ordered tonight, and they didn't put any meat or sauce on my sub.
Lowered to a 2 star cause its also toasted when I didn't ask for that, and my boyfriend's sandwich was messed up too.
I've had better... stingy with the beef ,and slow considering that only one more person besides myself

I placed an online order and arrived early to pick it up. I knew there would be a little wait, so I took a seat at a corner table while waiting.
There were at least six others there either waiting for an online order or to place an order. Diamond and Mari (I may have misspelled) were both working tonight.
These two handled everything like a boss.
Diamond was very personable, friendly and fast with acknowledging everyone who came through the door.
Mari was friendly and worked hastily getting the orders set up and ready to be topped, wrapped and off with the customers.
We could all tell that both ladies were working hard to get everyone their order as quickly as possible and they did that with sacrificing quality or a high level of customer service.
These two deserve 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

The atmosphere for Subway here was great! There was only 3 employees but the manager Annette! I had to review for her.. Instead of putting a sign up she unclothed the men's restroom Instead of putting a sing up She got ice bags and put them in herself. And more.. She was also praised by the employees that she sets them up for success! I know if I owned a business She would be at the very top! Great job yall! ? ??

The best visit I've had at this subway in ages. Most often times the employees aren't very nice and seem annoyed to have customers. TODAY WAS DIFFERENT! Janice was awesome and took time to make our subs exactly how we wanted and was so pleasant! I hope she's working everytime we come from now on. We got two meatballs and a pizza sub.

This place is an absolute joke and the management so should be fired so quick ???♂️. Me and my family have ordered online twice, both times we got to the store saying our order was ready they’ve been closed two to three hours before they’re scheduled to close. My son doesn’t eat, my wife doesn’t eat and I’m out $30… again. You guys seriously suck. Pinky promise this franchise will go out of business.

How are you going to completely mess up an online order when the ingredients are printed on the ticket? It’s raining we beat the rain home just to have messed up subs. Called 3 times to let them know my boyfriend was heading back in the rain and have yet to get an answer.
Never had issues with subway but this location really skimped on the footlong meat, literally had 2 slices of meat and barely any vegetables. The sub looked like a folded flatbread.

My mobile order got snatched by someone off of the shelf. I got there ready to pick the order up and the couple scarfing my sandwiches up scrambled and ran out. The two young ladies were super apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and remade my food fresh. This location has always been awesome

I go out to lunch in York, SC almost daily as I work there. Today for the first time ever I tried this Subway across the street from Italian Garden. Normally, I go to the one inside Walmart. Well I go in and get ignored for a minute. Notice the chairs are still up on the tables and it's noon? Finally big girl says, "Oh I'm sorry sir we are not open yet, we don't have any bread." I look at her like she's got 3 heads.....I mean bread kind of important to your whole business model ain't it? So only question is how many MoFo's gonna get fired today at that location?
