Haley had excellent customer service! My daughter was upset for not being able to get what she wanted to eat due to a computer glitch. Haley quickly fixed the situation and made my daughter’s day. Thank you for excellent customer service and caring for my girl! It is well appreciated!

I usually do not eat here very often because my food is usually wrong and hard but for some reason today I decided to try again. Patricia who made my subs had very well manners and made sure everything was all correct and not hard like it usually is. So thank you Patricia, I had a really good experience today!!

First off I wana say the store wasn’t busy, I got sandwiches and a wrap for 3 people and Half the veggies wasn’t in the trays stocked. The glass looking into the veggies was smugged and dirty. 3 or 4 tables were dirty with trash and were not wipped down. The outside windows looking out and looking in were dirty. The floors are a mess and not swept the soda machines for 3 sodas were flat. employees on their phone and when I asked for a wrap from the menu these employees should know how to make these wraps not ask me what I want in them. I want it how it’s displayed on the picture just the way it has on the description nothing more nothing less. What is going on?!?! This is ridiculous. This store needs to get with the program and try harder on cleaning and customer service. Nasty and dirty!

Ordered 12 inch club with vegetables. Tomatoes did not look fresh, olives were old and were turning white. Lettuce was going brown. The olives tasted sour (spoiled). Later got very sick with food poisoning. Worker was not friendly and had an attitude the whole time and also put an unnecessary amount of sauces on it. Floor was disgusting and did not look clean. I came in here a few years ago and it was the same way, so i assume it hasnt been cleaned in a while. When you walk you would hear your shoes stick to the floor and you can see puddles and smears on the ground. Drink machine didnt have ice (not a big issue) but the drinks didnt taste right. The dr.pepper was okay but the diet coke tasted gross with a sour aftertaste. Worker got mad when we asked to pay the sub on one card and the drinks on a different one (the order was not even put in yet because i did not want to waste her time and cancel the order) She also got annoyed when we had asked if we were supposed to take a cup from the front, which most fast food places do not have. Worker also talked bad about customers who looked at the menu and left after realizing how nasty the place was. Will not be eating here again, just go to the subway down the road.

Came here with my friend to get lunch and immediately walking in the floor was sticky. We got our sandwich and the vegitables looked very unfresh. Tomatoes looked coagulated, olives had white on them, and different vegitables were in bins with other things. Ordered the sandwich with toppings and when rolled up, person making the sandwich had accidentally dumped topping from the sandwich into other topping bins. Payed for the sandwich and 2 drinks. Drinks had a sour aftertaste and the olives were also very sour and unpleasant to eat. a few ours after eating, felt very sick and got very bad stomach issues afterward. Please dont eat here if you like having the contents of your stomach :3

The owner is very rude, unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to people. Worse place of business I ever been too. Have kids running the store at night with no management around.
Great service and friendly staff, I will definitely be back here. My daughter age 11 was with me and wanted to do her own order, they were extremely patient, which I greatly appreciate

I ordered online and it let me order bottled water. When I got there the girl working said they didn’t have bottles of water. I asked what I was supposed to do because I already paid. The man who said he is the owner said he could credit it back to me. I said well that would be great since I paid for something I’m not getting but I would rather swap it for a drink if I can because I need a drink. He said that’s fine but his general demeanor was very arrogant.

I ordered dinner for my family online, paid for it and when I went to pick up the gate was halfway closed and the lady behind the counter was helping someone else. Once they were finished, I let her know I was there to pick up an online order. At which she told me there were no orders. I let her know I had ordered online and paid. She said what did you get, as I am trying to pull up the order she said what's your name? I told her and then I asked for a refund because I could tell she was upset. She said I'm the only one here, this isn't my store and I can't do refunds. I said well I need to get the refund for what I paid for. She said she found my order and then proceeded to tell me they were out of just about everything I had ordered. I again asked about a refund, nothing. I sat there for about 20 minutes trying to find a number online to contact because I had just spent $55 and included a tip. I again asked for some kind of assistance, a number, a manger, etc and all I was met with was no answers. I understand that she was alone, I understand that she couldn't make my order but to take it in out on me, to show no compassion or understanding, and then walk away because she said she didn't have time for my a** anymore was beyond my belief. I have never encountered anything like this before. I hope that I am able to get a refund.

The place was out of steak what type of subway is out of steak.The customer service was horrible didn’t let me know in advance there was going to be no steak I definitely will not be ordering from this establishment anytime soon and now I have to sit here and go hungry because this place fails to do their job and make some steak I would not recommend anyone come here.
