A burrito taco combo might not seem like much, but after a hard day's work it means a lot to have one made really well. I ordered at the kiosk and one of the ladies was kind enough to double check with me about my order. The environment was clean and calm. The experience I had this evening is getting hard to find. Thankyou York SC, Taco Bell crew and a special thanks to the kind lady. Ill bet you're a blessing to many.

Been here so many times and every SINGLE time something is missing. I understand small mistakes but how consistently bad do y'all have to be at your jobs to get things wrong every. single. time. at any hour of the day there's something wrong with the order. wrong food item, missing multiple food items, no sauce etc. i'm genuinely done with this location, please get your staff in order. person at the window was also rude and upset at us for asking for our straws and a drink missing from our order.

Never had a problem here and I've been multiple times. Food out quick enough even when busy and up to standard quality. TB is known for messing up orders, but I've never had that problem with this one.

I like Taco Bowl meal from Taco Bell, as a way to eat healthier. They basically need to improve or offer more healthy food options to better support health-conscious customers. Customers would appreciate that. Other than that, the food is good and the service is good. Thank you!

Mom and I went online to order and said it would be ready at 8:13 but it came out at 8:30 instead. What such poor service they have and also when we received our food, it was cold so Mom had to heat her burritos in the air fryer when we got home. I hope the employees at Taco Bell including the nasty place they work at get sued for their sorry lack of service that was supposed to be fast paced instead of customers like myself waiting until no longer than what time it was supposed to be ready by. I am NEVER for the rest of my life gonna step foot into their dining room again!

Very stingy on the toppings for $15 worth of food. I could get more food at chipotle for that amount and I would have a whole meal left over.

Story time: we pulled up to start placing our order we had to repeat our order “3 times” because the person at the window kept leaving and coming back. But that was ok.. she finally got our order right and we pulled up to the window.. she already had an attitude.. so first she start by giving us the wrong drink which was a tea.. my friend ordered ah baha blast. She was like u ordered a tea.. me and my friend looked at each other like how u gone tell us what we ordered.. 2nd we kept asking her what was the total cause she didn’t give it to us after we ordered. So once she gave us the total with an attitude of course.. I was starting to set up my Apple Pay she was like “are yall gonna pay” like ma’am can u give us time.. so once we got our order i realized I didn’t have any hot sauce in the bag so I asked my friend that was driving can she ask her for some.. she replied “ I just asked you if u wanted hot sauce” and slammed it in my friends hand.. this behavior is unacceptable please hire ppl that are customer service friendly because my experience last night was horrible and I eat here everyday :(
How can you not like Taco Bell?!? Also, staff here are friendly and food has always come out fast.

went thru the drive through asking for no sour cream on anything i ordered and double checked at the window if there was sour cream on anything. she said only the crunchwrap supreme and so we had to pull out of line for THEIR convenience to make another one and then there ended up being sour cream on the rest of the stuff i ordered that they said there wasn’t any on. they are getting paid to not even do their job and everything was on their time and obviously not listening to the customer.
