Not really impressed with this establishment on our first venture in. It's incredibly noisy and could use a deep clean, so if you're looking for more of a quiet atmosphere, this won't suit you. I ordered the chicken caprese wrap. Three times I had to spit out mouthfuls of improperly trimmed chicken (one of my most hated dining pet peeves). Flavor wasn't that great either. I nearly sent it back. Service was good but couldn't save the earned three stars.

TT York was a great time! It saved the day for my family, they even had a craft fair/ bake sale outside after we were able to have a great meal. The service as great Carolyn was very helpful knew the menu and also she was prompt. Again the atmosphere was awesome the bake sale outside got me, tasty banana bread and cranberry orange sweet bread.
If I am ever in York, again I will be coming back the food was really good and the price was right.
I just wanted to send a THANK YOU to Towne Tavern in York. I requested space for our YCHS class of 1995 reunion meet-up, expecting low numbers, based on previous attendance and more current feedback. We had a GREAT number of folks show up - much more than we thought! Megan, our server, was AWESOME! Other individuals assisted her by running food and I didn’t catch their names, but I was so impressed and appreciative of their hard work! As always, the food was excellent and drinks were fantastic! Towne Tavern of York, you all helped us have a wonderful evening and we are so grateful you’re in our hometown! Thank you!
The Tavern completed a recent reno of their outdoor deck/patio area including new tables and chairs with mosquito screened deck. Very nice with quick service of the TT's awesome bar style food
