Dropped by on my lunch break and picked up 2 double stacks. They were perfectly cooked and tasty, almost like you see in the commercials rather than what you usually get from a fast food place. Was rather impressed since this was better than I usually get them when I stop by my regular location.

I ordered a doordash pickup, get there, and they say someone picked it up already and then refused to do literally anything at all to help fix the problem or remake my food, told me to take it up with doordash, the wendys employees also completed my doordash order while I was in the store trying to get them to fix my order, then the big lady said I wasn't even in the system but then how could they see my order was picked up if im not in the system to begin with, pretty obvious they did something

This place just keeps getting more and more disappointing, went on 10-19-25. Felt like the drive through speaker was rushing me and unprofessional. Food was just not appealing, ordered 2 large fries and they barley filled the cup of fries on both, paper towels were paper tissues like the ones used in the bathrooms or for staff, overall just a bad experience.

This time I got multiple things of sauced nuggs and every one of them has such a small amount of sauce, it seriously looks like it's done on purpose bc every single one I ordered looks just like the picture I posted. I decided to give Wendy's a try again after a couple of years and this trip stopped me for good. The beef on your burgers does not taste like beef anymore and it is disgusting. Evidently you changed the chili recipe too and it's disgusting. I threw a whole bowl away after one bite and threw the hamburger away after one bite. You guys falling right in line with other fast food places with low quality, high priced food. Those hefty profits will soon turn into bankruptcy if you don't change your ways. Corporate greed gonna bring you all down.
