Been here multiple times and theres always something wrong. This time I got multiple things of sauced nuggs and every one of them has such a small amount of sauce, it seriously looks like it's done on purpose bc every single one I ordered looks just like the picture I posted. My 2 large fries were basically 2 smalls. Seriously If you want food worth what you're paying, go anywhere but york

I decided to give Wendy's a try again after a couple of years and this trip stopped me for good. The beef on your burgers does not taste like beef anymore and it is disgusting. Evidently you changed the chili recipe too and it's disgusting. I threw a whole bowl away after one bite and threw the hamburger away after one bite. You guys falling right in line with other fast food places with low quality, high priced food. Those hefty profits will soon turn into bankruptcy if you don't change your ways. Corporate greed gonna bring you all down.

I pick breakfast up for my clients most mornings. I usually go to McDonald's but the lines have been stupid here lately. Wendy's breakfast was a lot quicker and to be honest now that they serve real eggs much better.

Wendy's is opened later than any other place in York which is nice. There food is pretty good sometimes I have went and the fries haven't been the best. For most part associates are nice but I have encountered some rude ones at times which is why I don't go as often as I used to. I use drive thru and haven't went inside in over 2 years so can't say as far as cleanliness goes inside but the parking lot is always trash free.

Just came home from my drive thru order…I only ordered 5 items from the menu!!! 5! and they still effed up! Guess it’s my fault for not checking but still, how hard can it be? Avoid this place at all cost even if you’re famished.

Honestly I’m surprised that corporate hasn’t sent someone down to either shut this Wendy’s down or fire the entire staff. This Wendy’s is so slow and always has some excuse to why they can’t serve food. Yet they have plenty of time to walk to their cars talk on the phone and talk to their friend sitting in a car outside while a line of cars are waiting at the drive-thru. If you can order food from here you’ll be waiting 10+ minutes at the speaker for someone to take your order like it’s a one person show in there. This staff is beyond useless
To the manager of Wendy's in york i went there on my break on 6_21_2025 I went inside an there is no reason your staff should be handling food with no gloves on, I already had paid for mine with a credit card or I would have ask for my money back, yes the big boy seen me looking a shaking my head so he put gloves on the other guy just kept burning food cars line up. Get staff an properly trained them.an yes I through all that mess in the trash. I want be going back.

Let's just say they always are on point with my SWEET TEAAA, always makeS me happy after a long hard day at work, sometimes I just want that lil yum yum to hit the spot. 🤣 Overall Shoutout the Gm 💪 and shoutout everyone in there. Oh, and yo my young boy who found my wallet and returned it without pocketing the bread. What else can I say.. We need more honesty like that and he was only 17 I think or something. Thanks again. Last but not least I'll give a shoutout to one lil shawty there. She serious but when you see her smile it will light up your day. We ain't name dropping on here tho. Keep it up york. Always incredibly slow in the evenings. One car will be at the speaker for ten minutes or more. I wish I was exaggerating, but this happens too often. This has been an on going issue for over a year.
