Always incredibly slow in the evenings. One car will be at the speaker for ten minutes or more. I wish I was exaggerating, but this happens too often. This has been an on going issue for over a year.

Wendy's in York, SC-be very careful, if you go through the drive thru. Check your order before you leave and get a receipt. My husband paid for two chicken sandwiches and fries. They repeated his order back to him, got home, NO FRIES. This is not rocket science!

Can you please get your shit together. No cheese or onion in my chili and I paid an extra .60 cents for it. Chicken nuggets cold. Women running the drive thru extremely rude

I pulled up and asked for the Cajun chicken sandwich—y’know, the one on their own menu. She hits me with, “WE DON’T SERVE THAT.” I politely ask, “Oh, are y’all out?” and she fires back like I insulted her mother: “WE. DON’T. SERVE. THAT.”

I mention it’s literally the Cajun Crunch on the menu and suddenly it’s, “Oh, spicy or regular?” Ma’am… there’s only one option. You work here, not me—I’m just the confused victim in the passenger seat of this emotional rollercoaster.

Then came the interrogation phase:
“One sandwich?”
“Yes.”
“IS THAT IT?”
“…Cheese fries.”
“IS THAT IT?”
“…A cookie.”
“IS THAT IT?”
“…A salad.”
“IS THAT IT?”

Girl, I don’t know! Am I ordering too much? Are we in a time crunch? Is this a hostage negotiation?

Then I get to the window (same girl was white and red hair maybe brown)— She just takes the money, tosses the food out the window like it’s evidence, and shuts it like I just delivered bad news.

Food was okay. Felt like I was inconveniencing them ordering here.

I was there to get my family food they messed my order up chargede then had to do a refund then tell me I have to pay again the Fry's are cold n dryed out from sitting too long they didn't even give me my right order 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This place NEVER has BBQ sauce. I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrive I'm told they are out of BBQ (which is the only way I eat nuggets here) ..so basically I just wasted my money on the app. Thanks wendys. *3rd time by the way. 3 strikes and your out.

Service is bad. Everyone is always pissed off here. From the moment you talk on the speaker they are mad all the time. It's Wendy's so I don't expect much lol

I order three carolina classic, only one had the chill on it and it was scorched the other two were plan with lots of onions and a little slaw this took place at the Wendy's in york south carolina I was not going to go back because I leave at least 20 mins away very very disappointed worse Carolina Classes we have ever had dry , wasted my money feed to the dog's

Probably the most unfriendly visit I have ever had at the local Wendy's window . At about 1:40 on Sunday afternoon the young lady working the window was rude and very unpleasant. If she hates her job that much she should find another rather than poorly treat the franchise owners customers like they don't matter .
