Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location is not so clean. There’s normally trash laying around. Makes me wonder how the food is good.

Zaxby. Count your days. I asked four chicken tenders and wing combo. You Guys gave me chicken nuggets basically. What made you guys serve me this tonight? Bought around 10:40 on 8/14. I was dipping this small one in sauce and was like this isn’t right so I made a review so this doesn’t happen to the next CUSTOMER

Drive thru is not drive thru - is drive up , place order , them pull up and park in parking lot and have them bring food to you after 5 min wait - every time - call it drive up & park not drive thru !

I just had one of the most awkward moments ever, but I have to say Caleb truly was a superstar. I stopped by to order some fries for my kids, only to realize I didn’t have my wallet with me. I tried to use contactless pay, but since it was my first time trying it out, I wasn’t able to get it to work. Honestly, I felt embarrassed about the whole thing. Caleb was so amazing! He was super understanding and patient, and he helped guide me through setting up contactless pay. His professionalism and kindness really made a difference. He’s definitely a shining star at Zaxby’s! I’m so grateful that he took the time to help me out. Thanks so much, Caleb!

Ordered 10 wings and was asked to pull to the side and wait ten min for them to cook. No lines or congestion. For the price you pay you figure they would be a little quicker that that for 10 wings.

Overall great experience but the wings were overcooked this time. Normally they are excellent. My family eats there on a regular basis. Really enjoy there salads, they are all good but a little pricey.

Horrible place! Ordered the new giant quesadilla and it was smaller than the Taco Bell cheap one. Paid $13 for a bite size and when asked about it they said no that’s the normal size which I knew they were telling a story bc it too forever to make bc none of the kids working knew how to make it. Bad food and even worse employees making jokes about the customers. Stay away from here.

Please try better. Food is expensive and I really didn't want a dry salad. This was supposed to be a Buffalo blue salad. The chicken is bare and there isn't any cheese. Every single time I come there is always something wrong with my order. It is really disappointing. It wouldn't allow me to add a photo.

I went and picked up on order for a family dinner tonight, absolutely wonderful. Adriana N. was extremely helpful and kind during our interaction today, great food and even better service!

Worse place ever! They use to be good but now they suck! I waited 30 minutes for my order, only for them to forget about me and leave me parked! Whoever is the manager needs to get it together or this place needs to just close down!

How do you run out of cheese bites my guy..

terrible service , food always half done or cold & not just a one time thing everytime I or my family go here place needs to be shut down .

The employee Daisy was very rude and unhelpful. Poor attitude makes the experience bad, no matter how good the food is.

Haven't eaten here probably the last 5 months or so, got dinner for family tonight and the food has really gone downhill, the salad was awful and the strips were super tiny like chicken nuggets. What a waste of money. Won't be be back.
