Didn't ask for combo drink just gave me a Pepsi. Bag handed to us was greasy from the employees hands. Everything was messy. Food seemed slapped together.The wrappers of the food were covered in food as if the handlers had messy hands. Did not ask if we wanted sauce and then gave us no utensils or napkins.

I am surely upset because in the Black hills they decided that the only time the Apple grande comes out they're only going to order enough for 2 weeks or 3 weeks for it to be on the menu which is crazy because I've been waiting all year for this and I missed it they didn't have it when I went there 3 weeks ago and then I go there today and now they don't have it at all. they're done 🤬🤬 so whoever owns Taco John's in Belle Fourche, Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis you guys are ridiculous! .. not a good move!!! That dessert was once an everyday item and then it went seasonal which was so sad.. and then you shortened that season to just a mere two weeks??? 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤬🤬 I'll go to Taco Bell now thanks

We stopped here while on a long road trip. The food and service were perfect. What really got me to write this review, my son left his wallet in the bathroom. We didn’t realize until we had been driving for two hours. The staff had already found it by the time I called, they said they would keep it safe until their manager was in and could figure out how to get it to us. Once in touch with the manager during the week, we were confident we would be receiving the wallet in the mail. Two weeks later there it was sitting in our P.O. Box. We are so grateful for the honest and caring employees at this establishment. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Last 3 times I’ve been here the food was not satisfying, pretty hard to mess up fast food… it’s too bad, use to be good quality. I wouldn’t really recommend eating here unless you are desperate. Or just want some potato oleas.

I ordered a meat and potato breakfast burrito and they added tomato’s, lettuce, and sour cream to it without me asking. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but my order has been messed up three times in a row now. Just be prepared to not get what you ordered or an altered version of it.

First time visiting a Taco Johns. Used drive thru. 6 cars in line. 40 minute wait. Did chicken taco combo. Nothing special. Mostly just crunchy coating with old chopped lettuce. I'll pass on this place
