Food was good. Menu needs more. Clean. Service not so good. Understandably busy but we sat for 40 minutes before even getting spoke to and asked for our drink order.

Ashlynn was an amazing server. Justin and Marcus made delicious food for us. Terry was awesome as well. Our family loves going to Bertz.

Good place in a great location.
Mushroom Swiss Burgers are delicious! Fresh burger. Our server was very nice. Definitely will stop by again when in the area.

Fun atmosphere, a little noisy but we could still easily have a good conversation at "normal* voice level. We had a large group (15ish) but our server was prompt and professional, server and kitchen staff had the orders coming out at the right times and correct temperatures. Food was great, lots of menu options and not too spendy for the quality. Highly recommend.

This is for the new Bertz. Been going to Bert’z my whole life and the “bartender” was absolutely rude. We read the note that said they have a hostess but no one was around so we sat ourselves as it was not busy. The “bartender” told his wife the “hostess” I guess those people don’t know how to read. We decided to go to the old bertz where we are treated 100x better.
