I was at a baseball tournament and placed an order for pick up. I meant for it to be fulfilled at the Hartford, SD location but it did not update the location of where I was currently at and instead used the location of where I last ordered. I called to cancel the order but was told that they would not refund because they already made it. I understand I should have double checked before placing the order. But most apps use current and closest location. I was almost 60 miles away so obviously not able to pick up my order. I would really like a refund as the meal probably fed employees so it wouldn’t go to waste. I was recently at the Beresford location (July 😎 where I had ordered a footlong meal and received only a 6”. I did not go in and complain or ask for any type of refund at that time. I extended grace in that situation. I would appreciate if the same could be done in this situation and have a refund provided for the order I was not able to pick up. Thank you.

They aint got anything when you want it. Can't toast sub, can't make nachos. It's consistently terrible. It's close to my house or I'd never get again. Will go to canton or vermillion next time

They never can make a sub right, then they never have the ingredients for making the nachos. But offer a fricking cookie instead. This branch should shut down. Management is trash obviously

I had mixed feelings after reading some of the most recent reviews. However, after going there and ordering, the employees were kind and very quick to get sandwiches out and their customers happy.
For others that are reviewing, actually leave a review for this location, not another, and tell people WHY your visit was good or bad, not just leave stars and nothing or a review for somewhere that isn't Beresford, SD, subway.

I know it was late but I showed up at 9:55 and was told "we just closed." I know it was late, I would have taken whatever sub they preferred. I was just hungry after 15 hours at work. I have photos showing the clock AFTER I got back into truck with the lights still on. (Have to make sure the boss doesn't know they are turning customers away). The only thing I can think is LAZY.

Terrible service (you the customer have to say Hello, good morning etc instead of the employee),. THE young GIRLS who work there always look annoyed at you,. It’s a terrible negative vibe experience. I guess if subway wants to improve, The manager has to find someone else with more humility and will to attend and treat better their customers.
