We used Dutch oven for our wedding of 200 people. The owner Wes was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The food was delicious! The guests particularly liked the brisket and Mac and cheese. We also had delicious chicken and meat and cheese trays for appetizers. Even though Wes wouldn’t dress up like the Wild West, all was excellent and I would highly recommend.
Wes and his team did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with how the whole catering experience went. From the early planning stages, Wes was very easy to work with and accomodating.We own a pasture raised meat business so it was a must for us to be able to serve our own meat at our wedding. Wes is the absolute best! My husband & I wanted our wedding food to be completely opposite of the bbq style that is most common in the area, and he beyond delivered! We were living in another state for 99% of the planning period for our wedding and Wes made sure we were comfortable with the decisions even with having to connect at random times being in different time zones. After one conversation with Wes we knew he was the right choice for our wedding and we completely trusted...
