I’m a trucker. Walked over from loves kind of happy to eat something other than the same ol same old from the truck stops. I went up to the register as I was paying cash expecting that same uniform service you get at every other McDonald’s. I was approached by 2 employees who said they don’t use a cash register and to make my order on the kiosk and they would take my money to the back because that’s what the owner wanted. I would just like to know what drugs these people are on? This is not how we do business. I spoke up but hundreds of customers won’t. They will just leave without ordering or saying anything. Why would I do your job for you and then let you take my money out of my view? What is this world coming to and who is raising these children to be this foolish? It’s so sad that this is what people are allowing to go on nowadays. So sad. Customer service is dead.

They always seem to forget something in your order. Then they blame it on either you or the person that delivered it, not to mention they always seem to be out of something ( toys, milkshakes, ice cream or some other items that they have on the menu). Avoid this place if possible.

Waited 30 minutes for my meal ordered through the app. I was told 'just waiting on the fries' when 12 cars went through before I got acknowledged in the line and another 6 after.
I think this McDonald’s is incapable of remembering every single thing in an order. Just this morning they forgot a pack of apple slices, a hash brown, and gave me Dr Pepper instead of Coke.

Wow, I’ve not been to a McDonald’s that is as fast, and gets the orders correct before. Great place clean and efficient. Getting into the parking lot will be easier when the road work is done.

This is the second time. I received a regular coffee as opposed to the French Latte I paid and ordered.
