This restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom was dirty and full of flies. The kitchen staff were arguing with each other. It was a horrible place to go into.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this McDonald’s!
Contrary to some of the reviews, everything was great — the food was fresh and hot, service was quick, and the place was clean.
The staff were friendly and polite, which made the visit even better.
The dining area was tidy, and my order was perfect.
Overall, a really good experience — I’d definitely stop here again!

My wife and I frequently stop at this McDonald’s, for the past couple of times we have gone our nuggets are old and our fries cold really disappointing

This restaurant started out strong, good service, quick and they worked hard to keep the dining area and outside clean...now roughly a year later, the dining area is filthy, food comes out slow but is made sloppily and with hast. They actively ignore customers at the counter, ketchup is working and there are rarely napkins out. They will survive only because they are across from a truck stop but overall there seems to be very little pride left in operations.

i ordered 4 breakfast burritos and they only gave me 2. they still took my money for all 4.

i didn't notice until i was i well away from the restaurant. unfortunately, i have things to do and i can't rearrange my day to drive back and complain. i just expect to receive the food i pay for

I dont think they have gotten one of my orders correct yet. I dont ask for anything other then what is posted. It is either missing somthing, or so cold and dried out I can't stomach it.

Nice new location. BUT..... I just witnessed through the drive up pay window, and Employee Using his Damn BARE HANDS handing English Muffins!!! Didn't you people LEARN ANYTHING from the incident on East North St Burger King couple weeks ago!??!! Health dept needs to be called and needs a visit!!! THINK! Your NOT working from your home kitchen! Your providing for the PUBLIC!!!

Food is always good enough, but two times this month I have waited over 15 minutes in the line to receive my food, and both times the food order was slightly wrong or missing something. This location used to be solid... Not so much lately.

I’m a trucker. Walked over from loves kind of happy to eat something other than the same ol same old from the truck stops. I went up to the register as I was paying cash expecting that same uniform service you get at every other McDonald’s. I was approached by 2 employees who said they don’t use a cash register and to make my order on the kiosk and they would take my money to the back because that’s what the owner wanted. I would just like to know what drugs these people are on? This is not how we do business. I spoke up but hundreds of customers won’t. They will just leave without ordering or saying anything. Why would I do your job for you and then let you take my money out of my view? What is this world coming to and who is raising these children to be this foolish? It’s so sad that this is what people are allowing to go on nowadays. So sad. Customer service is dead.
