Pizza hut delivery to loves truck stop was successful. Food is fresh and looks as pictured. Despite negative reviews I gave it a shot. I ordered on a weekend later in the evening 5pm ish. Weekdays and earlier I can not review. But if you order weekend 5pm or later seems legit. Thank you.

Worst service I ever had! Put an order in online at like 920. Got a call 926 saying they stop delivering at 930 and the close at 10. Super funny says on their website and when you, Google Pizza Hut in Box Elder they close at 11 wonder if the manager knows if they’re closing early? The lady said she could update my order so that I could pick it up. So I show up to get my pizza which was already paid for the guy said $47 and some change I said the pizza was already paid for. He said um no (rudely) nothing about you know we refunded it due to the update and lady never said it would be refunded and you will have to pay for it again. So I said I don’t want it. You guys are ridiculous and left as I’m getting in my car the young man spouts off some crap out the door like he’s big and bad and then shuts the door and locks it scary bro you had to shut the door couldn’t say it to my face. So as I leave, I call the store and ask for the store manager, dude answers the phone and gets snotty with me. Pretty much refuses to give me the manager’s name until I threaten to show up. He rattles off the manager’s name so fast I couldn’t even hear it and says we have the receipt for the refund Have fun waste your time and hangs up on me. Cool bro you really like your job hope the manager is more professional they you. Got in the website put in a complaint and I will be calling the manager. I get working in food is tough and people are rude to workers but seriously you guys cancelled and updated not my problem! This is why my entire family stop ordering from Pizza Hut and after this dominos is probably gonna stay my go to.

Messed up my order and kept my money. When you call it goes to a call center and not the actually store in Box Elder. They messed up my order and didn't even have the cheese crust pizza that I actually wanted. On the told me they would return my money the next day. Which was a lie. So I went back, cause you cannot call the store, and then they said it would be returned next week, and I would still have to come in and verify. I still don't have my refund. I think their competitor in Box Elder is a wiser choice. I just wanted to try the cheesie bit pizza. Not sure the constant trips back to pizza hut is worth getting my $25 back. I guess lesson learned when it comes to how they do business.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:45 pm After placing the order the app told us delivery was going to be around 7:45pm to 8:07pm. When I called to verify this the lady said yes as we only have one driver. I told her to cancel the order as even with one driver that is outrageous that it is a 2 hour wait time for 1 pizza and wings. Was hung up on without even a sorry about that or a good bye.

This was originally going to be a one-star review since the wait for our pickup order was an additional 37 minutes after the app said the order was ready. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas was dropped while coming out of the oven, which caused the delay. The manager gave us a free 2 liter and credited my account for the total amount of our order. And apologized for the wait. 5-star customer service.
Review update the manager that they have at the new store they built in box elder is awsome he’s nothing like the lady that ran it before him he’s putting out great pizzas and actually cares what the finished product looks like and it tastes great as well hope he sticks around
Absolutely horrible service called to place an order and was told a manger needs to put somthing in the computer to be able to take my order the kid was rude and told me to call back in 15 to 20 minutes because the manager was out on a delivery that's nice a store with no manager making customers wait I will be making a call to corporate this is nuts crappy service all the way around with this store

The last time we ordered we waited 2 hours for the wrong order then waited 2 more hours for the right order. The person we talked to on the phone about it gave zero care in the world. We figured we'd try again and it still took 2 hours to get our food but it was disgusting looking and messed up and cut like someone high did it. Look man im fine with people getting high but keep it out of your work place... the photo i included is exactly how we recieved one if our pizzas.

Husband Waited 30 minutes in the lobby with zero staff , no explanation, no real apology, whoever was working sat 10 pm didn't even bother to come to the front with 3 customers awaiting orders. Our pizza was cut into squares.for some reason and strewn all over the box . Wish I could share the pics on here . Do better box elder

We very frequently order delivery online for our son who is stationed in Box Elder, SD. We ordered pizza and after two hours, went to try to call the store to check on the status of the delivery. Elis answered then immediately put us on a 20 min hold without any communication. We hung up and tried back 3 more times, but no one answered. Was able to reach a call center representative via the automated system who was extremely apologetic and tried to unsuccessfully reach the store. The pizza arrived 2 hours and 20 min after ordering, but was old and cold. Not sure what was going on this evening, but will not be ordering from here again.
