Terrible service, terrible pizza. Went to pick ours up and they gave it to someone else. The person that got the wrong order brought theirs back while I was waiting and the Pizza Hut worker who was clearly high tried giving the order to us. Due to safety and health regulations, you cannot reserve that food. They are remaking our pizza, but also I don’t trust how well it’s remade. They also did not try to make their mistake better and instead gave the attitude. Very disappointed how much Pizza Hut has gone downhill. Also, please don’t have people working when they are clearly high!

This is a great Pizza Hut! I do recommend double checking they got your order right, they often forget things or switch up yours pops. If you order fries, call ahead and tell them to give you more than 2 fries. The fry portions are a joke. Other than that, the food here is always good quality and well made! Best tasting Pizza Hut I believe I’ve had and heard same thing from friends 😊.

Dude hung up on me twice cause I asked to upgrade a dinner box… when he asked what I wanted I told him what toppings come on the spicy chicken pizza and hit him with the caloric content per slice and dude hung up on me… not my fault he didn’t know what toppings were on the spicy chicken pizza… then I called back again and just said spicy chicken and he hung up again… dominos took my order tho and didn’t hang up on me

This was by far the best Pizza Hut pizza I ever had. The toppings were plentiful along with the cheese. For once a pizza place does not skimp on the toppings. Tre at the counter was great. All around a great experience and will be back.

That was the worst pizza I’ve ever had and I’ve had pizza 1000 times. Do not ever eat from this place and they should be investigated by Pizza Hut corporate.

I've ordered from here twice and both times were huge disappointments. The first time I ordered, the pizza was just gross. It looked like it had been sitting in the box for an hour or two before it was delivered, and the box was soggy and crushed down into the pizza. The second time, they sent a driver that didn't have access to base and they wanted me to come to the visitors center to pick it up, which I couldn't do because I had my kids and their friends over. I'm done with this place. Close it and open anything else.
Ordered a pizza got home and I was not cooked all the way through. Tried calling and got hung up on.

Pizza hut delivery to loves truck stop was successful. Food is fresh and looks as pictured. Despite negative reviews I gave it a shot. I ordered on a weekend later in the evening 5pm ish. Weekdays and earlier I can not review. But if you order weekend 5pm or later seems legit. Thank you.

Worst service I ever had! Put an order in online at like 920. Got a call 926 saying they stop delivering at 930 and the close at 10. Super funny says on their website and when you, Google Pizza Hut in Box Elder they close at 11 wonder if the manager knows if they’re closing early? The lady said she could update my order so that I could pick it up. So I show up to get my pizza which was already paid for the guy said $47 and some change I said the pizza was already paid for. He said um no (rudely) nothing about you know we refunded it due to the update and lady never said it would be refunded and you will have to pay for it again. So I said I don’t want it. You guys are ridiculous and left as I’m getting in my car the young man spouts off some crap out the door like he’s big and bad and then shuts the door and locks it scary bro you had to shut the door couldn’t say it to my face. So as I leave, I call the store and ask for the store manager, dude answers the phone and gets snotty with me. Pretty much refuses to give me the manager’s name until I threaten to show up. He rattles off the manager’s name so fast I couldn’t even hear it and says we have the receipt for the refund Have fun waste your time and hangs up on me. Cool bro you really like your job hope the manager is more professional they you. Got in the website put in a complaint and I will be calling the manager. I get working in food is tough and people are rude to workers but seriously you guys cancelled and updated not my problem! This is why my entire family stop ordering from Pizza Hut and after this dominos is probably gonna stay my go to.
