Hate when you ask for Arby's sauce, they ask you to pull forward for fresh food. They bring it out, and they assure you sauce is in the bag, only to find no sauce.

This was amazing I loved it shout out to the employees who let us separately do four orders in the drive-thru and they were so sweet it was late and there was no one in line and we got our food right away. I hope they get a raise. They were so amazing and theylet us change stuff from the first order too I hope they get the representation they deserve

I ordered online and dined in the restaurant. When I asked the manager if he would cook my food fresh when he received the order, he threw both his hands up and said “there’s no customers in the building. Do you see any customers in the building so it’s obviously gonna be cooked fresh.” When I asked another employee for horsey sauce, they gave me a frustrated attitude, and I explained that the sauce on the condiment bar came out hard and crusted over and orange, and they shrugged it off and and walked off. The older Manager is rude every single time anyone goes there. He treats people like garbage. The last time I went in he was visibly aggravated. Said he had had a terrible day and he was there by himself and basically scolded me just for coming in. They hate people in there. It doesn’t matter how sweet you are to them.

This location, the fries were overcooked. And yet they were called it was like they had been sitting in the warmer, but the warmer was not working. Also, the sandwiches were raw, not a very good experience at all
