You can tell the place is being run by young adults managing high school kids. Cleanliness is lacking in the dining room and restroom. Burgers are usually good but it's like they don't understand using a fryer and sending out fresh food from it. Like everything is fried before you order it.

We went in yesterday and asked them for a request, and they said no. We said it was ok, and then their assistant manager said that "we didn't belong there and that nobody wanted us there either."

I have given this Dairy Queen multiple chances, but I have been disappointed over and over again, yesterday I came in with my grandchildren after a long day. I was not greeted at the door, I waited over 5-10 minutes for service, very unprofessional. I saw someone go around the counter after waiting god knows how long just for them to tell me that there was no one inside the Dairy Queen ice cream area or grill area, We went to check outside to see all the workers gathered around the trash area outside and for one smoking as well. I just want to say after waiting around forever only 1 worker came and helped us. I’m very disappointed, Dairy Queen has lost a customer.

Ordered ahead in the app for ASAP pick up in drive thru. Pulled into the lane at my estimated pick-up time. Had to wait at the order screen for a few minutes before anyone came on the speaker so I could let them know I had a mobile order. When I pulled around the building, there was one car in the lane already. 15 minutes later, I finally got my cherry dilly bar and large blizzard. The blizzard was not served upside down because they knew it was half melted. This isn't the first time this location has disappointed either. A few months ago, when I tried them, I ordered on the app for a future pick up so it would be ready for my lunch break during work. That order took 10 minutes to get to me with in store pick up, and my chicken strip basket was missing the toast. If you have a lot of time to kill and love being disappointed, this is the place for you. If you like getting good food in a timely manner, this is not the place for you.

I work in fast food and I'd like to say I'm good at my job. But tell me why when there's only 1 person in the drive through and 2 people in the store that it should take 30 mins to make a chicken basket?
Finally got food at 12:14, also didn't get my sundae.

Horrible experience every time. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. 45 mins for a shake? Time before that I order 3 blizzards, 30 mins later I finally got them and I was the only one in the lobby. Such a shame! Owners don't care on making corrections.

We’ve tried to give the new DQ in Brandon a couple chances, but every time we’ve been in the whole place is disgustingly dirty. Floors are sticky and greasy, tables dirty. And the two times we’ve been dining in, we’ve been the only ones or there’s just one other family in there. If the place looks like that when it’s slow, I’m concerned to think what the kitchen looks like and the employees’ value on cleanliness when handling the food. We unfortunately won’t be back.

I don’t know where to begin. Perhaps simply put - incompetence! Went inside to order 3 mini blizzards and 1 peanut butter parfait. People inside seemed only to care about servicing the drive thru because it took 30 minutes to get our food. And aren’t we supposed to turn the blizzards upside down to prove how frozen they are? Not here… doing so would have poured the soup all over the counter. Our food just sat and melted for 20 minutes because they managed to push them across the counter. And what about the parfait? Well that melted inside the covered so upon opening that bad boy… it was like pouring a glass of milk all over yourself… literally. We were inside the car and melted ice cream all over arms, shirt, even our small dog got a milk shower. Thank you! Sorry, never again.

Service is VERY SLOW! I placed an online order at around 12:00 pm with my pickup time at 12:30 pm. I arrived at the location a few minutes after 12:30 pm, I did not receive my food until 1:10 pm. This is just ridiculous!

Every time we go there we wait in the drive through forever. I just waited 20 minutes in the drive through, when we got there, there wasn’t any lines, we drove right up and ordered, no one in front of us. How can they be that slow? We’ve gotten the wrong food several times in the past. Are they owned by the same people that own the McDonalds in town? Because the service is the same. Poor.

I worked at the original DQ in Brandon in High School many years before they went out of business. I see the owners of the new DQ are just as bad as the ones that failed. Chili cheese dog with no cheese and a little poo of chili. I realize you have high schoolers working for you. But at 16 I never would have sent this out. Work ethic, product, service comes from the top down in a business.

When I pulled to the drive thru I was told they would be with me shortly. I waited 40 minutes and multiple cars came and left behind me. Nobody was parked in the parking lot, and nobody was in line in front of me. A lady behind me walked into the building probably to ask what’s taking so long, came back and then left like everyone else. I asked repeatedly if they were ready yet, no response. I pull up to the window and a different worker is telling me they had no clue I was waiting. She looked like she was working completely alone. All I wanted was a dipped cone and it was melted. I’m no longer giving this place any more chances this is ridiculous. obviously you aren’t hiring enough people or observing your management because I’ve heard a lot of negative opinions about this location and I finally understand why everyone gives up on this place.
