Brandon McDonalds used to be our go-to for fast food on the go with our toddler. The last few times we have been there, service has been so slow, definitely not fast by any means. Tonight's visit was exceptionally worse, which pre-empted this review. We pulled up to 3 cars in front of us in the drive through, so we pulled around and ordered curbside. The app let me know our food would be out in 2 to 5 minutes (all we ordered was a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries instead of apples). 15 minutes later and multiple very slow trips made to vehicles parked waiting for their food by an employee, then watching the person in the vehicle next to us go in and get their food instead of someone bringing it out I decided to go in as well to get our happy meal. That's it. A 6 piece happy meal. It was sitting on the counter waiting for the extremely slow employee to pick it up to bring out to us.
This incredibly slow employee was bringing meals out to customers one at a time, leaving other people's orders to get cool sitting on a counter waiting for him to pick up the next meal to bring outside. (I watched this happen when I went in to get our food)

Came in tonight around 7:40 got a double quarter meal had to wait over 5 minutes for my food when I was the only one in line. Finally got my food and the guy running the window forgot to give me my drink if I didn’t say something. After waiting this long I got old cold hard fries that were half full medium. Why are you making me wait and giving me cold food? Burger must have went straight from grill onto the buns because my bun was completely drenched in grease. I paid $11.25 for a shitty cold meal and had to wait for it. Your staff is a bunch of lazy people that should be terminated. This isn’t the first time at this same McDonald’s around the same time.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! You have a better chance spending it in the adjacent casino than having a positive experience with the staff or the food. Ordered thru app, saw the drive thru was backed up so went inside to pick up. Employee said I had to use drive through because she wouldn't walk back to the drive through to check us in. There were no other customers in the lobby. Went to drive through, no response when we got to the speaker. Waited 5 minutes with no one answering me. Drove to the window (pay window was closed) and had to pull ahead and wait because we were out of order. THIRTY MINUTES from time of order; over 20 of those waiting in drive through line and the employee who refused to walk back to check us in brings out the food. To top it off the food was inedible. 2 happy meals that were very unhappy. Fries were cold, the wrong toys were provided and the burgers inedible. One felt like it had been pulled out of the fridge, the other had grease soaking the wrapper. This location needs a leadership makeover if it's the standard.
