I don’t know what happened with everyone else, but my experience was great. I ordered my food which was two burgers, which somehow amounted to $10 and something cents (hence the 1 star off) the service was great I got my food less than 2 minutes after ordering and they said have a great day with a legitimate smile. There was a piece of trash and some spilled drink on the floor, but other than the small mistake and pricing everything was great.

Have always ordered via the App for curbside. The wait times vary heavily regardless of how busy the restaurant is. Best was about 3 minutes, worst was about 25 minutes. With exception to the Quarter Pounder and Double Quarter Pounder, the food has always been fresh and good however. The QP and DQP have been undercooked and inedible all four times I ordered it.

I don't mind pulling up to wait for a fresh burger and fresh fries. And the place always looks clean when I go inside. If you order chicken, you will usually have to wait. It's not a chicken place. Do you really want one been sitting under a warmer? probably not. Have you ever worked in a kitchen or cooked chicken for yourself before? Takes time to do it right and you really don't want it undercooked either. So much entitled over-privileged ignorant complaining...
