Ordered my pizza with extra sauce, there was no sauce, brought it back and the employee at the counter said he put extra sauce on it, he didn't seem to care, he just said he's not going to argue with me and said he can refund it or remake it, I had to get a refund because he was going to make it the same way again, there's flies all over in there also. Terrible service, poor order accuracy, poor attitude, no management?

I waited at that store for 4 pizzas for just over an hour and a half. The employees were slow, and very uncooperative. There was this one girl employee and might have been the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. I understand being stressed about it being busy on a weekend but no one should have to wait for close to 2 hours for a couple of pizzas then being treated with such disrespect by an employee of the store. It is good food I cannot lie, but the people they choose to hire is appalling. Will never be going back to a Pizza Hut simply because of that absolutely horrendous experience.

Slow service, terrible customer service by the girl with the huge hickey on her neck, and the store looks like it could use a good scrubbing and glass cleaning on the front doors! The food is soggy, nothing is crispy like it should be and it doesn't taste like other pizza huts. 0/10

I ordered the Book It deal. 2 large 1 topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I changed my order of breadsticks to a double order. I opted for delivery. They deliver through door dash. I received 1 large pepperoni pizza, a double order of breadsticks and a single order of breadsticks. My other large pizza was replaced with a single order of breadsticks. I called to report the issue… the employee I talked with was extremely rude and insisted I take it up with door dash. I asked if the dashers come to the back and collect the orders or if they are handed the orders to deliver… he says they hand the orders to the dashers… so how is it the dashers fault my order was wrong? This guy says they can’t do anything because they have no record of my order… IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER! I have proof and receipts. He continued to argue and insist there is nothing they can do. I’m so upset right now! Ughhhhhhh… never again, Pizza Hut. You are dead to me.
I ordered a takeout, and the app showed that the status was ready. When I came to the store, they had not started yet, so I had to wait for another 15 minutes. They were apparently short on staff and not organized. By the way, only one chair to sit and has been occupied by a poor gentleman wait for longer than me.

Food was terrible!!! Cheese proportion was off. It was more crust than cheese. Wings had barely any sauce. They didn’t put my extra sauce cup in I asked for. Cinnamon sticks were just bread and frosting.
