Slow service, terrible customer service by the girl with the huge hickey on her neck, and the store looks like it could use a good scrubbing and glass cleaning on the front doors! The food is soggy, nothing is crispy like it should be and it doesn't taste like other pizza huts. 0/10

I ordered the Book It deal. 2 large 1 topping pizzas and an order of breadsticks. I changed my order of breadsticks to a double order. I opted for delivery. They deliver through door dash. I received 1 large pepperoni pizza, a double order of breadsticks and a single order of breadsticks. My other large pizza was replaced with a single order of breadsticks. I called to report the issue… the employee I talked with was extremely rude and insisted I take it up with door dash. I asked if the dashers come to the back and collect the orders or if they are handed the orders to deliver… he says they hand the orders to the dashers… so how is it the dashers fault my order was wrong? This guy says they can’t do anything because they have no record of my order… IT WAS AN ONLINE ORDER! I have proof and receipts. He continued to argue and insist there is nothing they can do. I’m so upset right now! Ughhhhhhh… never again, Pizza Hut. You are dead to me.

I ordered a takeout, and the app showed that the status was ready. When I came to the store, they had not started yet, so I had to wait for another 15 minutes. They were apparently short on staff and not organized. By the way, only one chair to sit and has been occupied by a poor gentleman wait for longer than me.

Food was terrible!!! Cheese proportion was off. It was more crust than cheese. Wings had barely any sauce. They didn’t put my extra sauce cup in I asked for. Cinnamon sticks were just bread and frosting.

I was completely floored at the horrible experience I had today at this location. The two charming ladies I got to experience (including Kate, the manager) have no business interacting with customers. In the end, I was yelled at by both of them, my order was canceled (not at my request) and I was hung up on twice. I have been in the pizza and restaurant business for over 20 years so I completely understand that things can and do go wrong and I'm pretty understanding. This location has been a dumpster fire since it opened and doesn't appear to be getting better any time soon. It's sad too as I do enjoy their food.

The best Pizza Hut pizza I have had since the 80’s. Either I got lucky, or the pie maker knows how to make them the way they used to be made. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese and the whole thing was piping hot and ready exactly as estimated it honestly looked like art is was so well made. Great job!
