This venue has a great rustic feel, but that is as far as the beauty goes. The owner is caustic, argumentative and rude. Promises were broken repeatedly. We were told they had a liquor license...false...beer and wine only! We were quoted over $1000 less than they charged my card for catering. We were promised the left over food, which is customary, when we asked for it we were told there were none. We literally watched them pack up a large amount of leftovers when service was complete! At the end of the night they held our credit card hostage until a $500 fine was paid! The fine was because we brought in jello shots from our party bus...they never said we could not, and rather than just say, hey, we can't allow this here because we are not licensed for it and allow us to say, cool, no problem we'll take care of it they threatened the bride and groom with shutting down the reception and charging us for something that was easily corrected.
I cannot say more emphatically that these people have zero scruples. For an event center that is in the business of making the dream day of a young couple magical, they certainly did everything they could to ruin our special day.

Staff set-up room as we needed and clean-up service was quick and quiet throughout the evening but our contact changed the day of our event and we were never notified. Food flavor was good but compeltely disregarded vegan/vegetarion option, replaced our corn tortillas with flour, and put kids meal option in middle of buffet line with no label (was told it would be plated separately).

We had lunch delivered 5-days in a row for guys going through a training class. They liked the variety for the lunch menu selections. They would suggest coming up with different options for the leattuce salad though. (maybe try coleslaw, pasta salad etc just something different each day). There was one lunch that was extremly salty. The wraps in the box lunch could use more in them, flavor didn't pop as you could just taste the tortilla, good idea just not enough put in them. Don't want to only complain, the other days the meal was good and appreciated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, delevery was spot on everyday.

Working with Brittany at the Riviera was such a smooth experience! The inside of the venue was just what we were looking for, and we were so happy with our choice! It was nice to have one company that was both our venue and our caterer for our wedding and the food options were fantastic as well as the service day of. Our photographer and DJ already knew the staff there, which helped make our wedding even better! Brittany is both personable and professional and I would definitely recommend checking them out for a venue!!

Was at an event at Calico Skies that was catered by Riviera. The food was barely warm, portion size was very small and the taste was average at best. Very disappointed. Based on that experience I would never hire them for a catering job.

I love playing at the Riviera! As an entertainer it's an easy load in. There's plenty of room to set up and the acoustics are great. There is a slight 60 cycle hum from the outlets so make sure you bring a power conditioner. The staff there is extra friendly and professional. Always accommodating and fun to work with! The owner, Matt is a master chef so all of the food menu is in-house and it is spectacular. Perfect for private events. Highly recommend! - Joey

Riviera catered and provided cupcakes for our wedding. They were very communicative throughout the whole process. The food was amazing and our guests were very impressed. They came in, got set up, served the food, and packed up the leftovers, all without needing any direction from the couple, which relieved a lot of stress on our end. We highly recommend Riviera!
