Incorrect change was given, asked about drinks worker knew none of them. Asked for a recommendation, the person didn't even l8e coffee. Drinks were wrong. LG Peanut Butter Crunch-nl whip, came as a medium -with whip no drizzle. Lg Autum Carmel no whip - delivered as medium with whip. Didn't realize until 15-20 mins later they were the wrong size.

What in the world is going on in there today!?! 03/09/25. Waited in line 20 minutes. 3 drinks all mediums. Peanut butter crunch w/shot, Oreo blender w/shot, Matcha w strawberry cold foam Got a large peanut butter crunch, small Oreo with no espresso and a medium matcha. It took so long in the drive through we just took it and left. How is this incompetence possible when the order was repeated through the speaker and then again at the window. Side note. There was no one in line behind us.

Came about 45 minutes till close last night and ordered, I got great customer services, they made me laugh and my drink WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I couldn’t finish it faster it was made absolutely amazing. Now I’m addicted

I decided to visit scooters for the first time since my graduation and everyone is nice and understanding.
It stayed pretty much the same as it had last year. Everyone is very patient and understanding. I go to scooters because it's allergy friendly. I was able to get oat milk with my smoothie since I've never really had smoothies growing up. The people there are very nice. They are younger people so they pretty much understand. It is a little pricey. I will say that but I feel like that's to be expected at a place like scooters. I definitely will be coming here to do more of my work as it's one of the quieter places in the evening before everyone gets out of school and what not.
It's nice to finally be able to go to a place like scooters where I can actually have drinks and iced teas. That's pretty hard for me to find. Appreciate you guys and we'll be coming back daily.

I ordered a lage strawberry shake gave the gal $12 and she said it was $7 and I only got $2 back.. very very disapointed. Asked for no whipped topping and I got whipped topping mixed in it. She had greenish hair and wasn’t the nicest wouldn’t recomed. Seems like everytime I go there something happens

recently visited Scooters Drive Through with my family, hoping for a tasty treat. Unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We ordered pretzel bites but were disappointed to find them inedible.
When I went inside to request a refund or exchange, I was met with further disappointment. Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered three tiny doughnuts as a replacement, hardly enough to feed my hungry kids.
Overall, the service and food quality at Scooters fell far below expectations. This experience was a waste of money and I wouldn't recommend it to others.
Love Scooter’s. Their raspberry flavoring needs a redo, though. Tastes super artificial.
