I visited the establishment with the intention of purchasing a sandwich. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my interaction with the staff. Despite repeating my sandwich preferences on three separate occasions, my order was still incorrect. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that the total cost for a single footlong sandwich amounted to $28. Upon receiving the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged for two sandwiches instead of one. I requested a refund, but my request was denied. Consequently, I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

I have no words to explain how awesome this place is... Food is made moderately fast, food is delicious, the staff are super nice and know how to hold a conversation! When I was here 2 years ago, I wasn't the most impressed, my experience was turned around so fast! If something isn't right, they are willing to take the time to help you make it right! Will return!

Ordered toasted and was not toasted very little ingredients on the subs. Person making them kept asking what is this and what is that. We always tip. But will think twice about subway in brandon next time.

Store doesn’t know how to properly make the food the way the customer orders it online every time I order food they don’t make the sandwich right. Hiring kids to work there not a good idea I have had the wrong order for the last 5 times I have order food from them online.
The guy who checked me out forgot the chips and let me have them for free, I tipped him and I really enjoyed how clean the place was and how quickly he made the food. I appreciate the workers here and I think they do wonderfully. Thanks random subway guy I hope you have a good forth of July :)

Ordered 2 sub sandwiches and 1 salad online for pickup and paid online. When my husband got there, they told him it was unpaid so he paid and they gave him someone else’s stuff (he didn’t know). He returned and explained what happened so they remade the order, refunded him for paying for someone else’s order, then they forgot to put lettuce in the salad ? and only put some spinach and chicken. And as he checked again, they messed up on the 2nd sandwich again completely (wrong size, wrong sandwich.) I called and talked to a female worker who was extremely nice and apologetic and she explained her manager would call to make it right. Never heard anything else and when we tried to call back we were told they would call us. It’s been a few weeks, not too hopeful. But I would not ever recommend the online order at this store.
