They change the dates on food if it is expired so it will last longer than it is supposed to. They don’t clean their bathrooms or sweep and mop the store. They don’t wipe off tables or clean their pop station. Owner does not care.

Ordered on the subway app for delivery and called to see where order was- employee that was there was very rude and short on the phone and said that their delivery has nothing to do with them and it is thru the 3rd party DoorDash. I didn’t have any notifications from DoorDash about a delivery or from them, paid for delivery and asked how we can fix this although I have to pick it up- she then switched her answer and said its for pickup and has been ready since 12:05 although app still said delivery and that it’ll be there. Made my way over to pick up, pickup was not ready as apparently the DoorDash delivery driver showed up 5 minutes prior to pickup/deliver. I had called there not even 10 minutes prior. Not too upset with system as I know it is third party and sometimes there is confusion- but the employee that I talked to on the phone and in person was very rude, short, and wasn’t offering any help to solve the problem, there was no communication, and no apology for any inconvenience either.

I brought my granddaughter in for lunch. The staff and service were very good!! The food was very good as well!! However, the women's bathroom was so filthy. I totally hated having to let my granddaughter use it!! Most of the tables and chairs in the dining area needed to be wiped off.

This place is filthy. All tables are dirty nothing is stocked the entire floor is trashed. When I asked them to wipe a booth off for us they said it was clean when it clearly wasn’t. The girl came and wiped the one booth. if your going to clean a table clean them all. I seriously am disgusted with this place.

This was a good Subway location. It was clean, the food was good, and the service was fast. The bathrooms were at the end of an abnormally long hallway, which was weird but not necessarily bad.

Messed up on our order two times in the same visit. Had to get back in line for them to help which took an extra 10 minutes, by the time they corrected our order, the dippers were ice cold. One of our subs only had five meatballs on a foot-long. Our chicken dippers were ice cold (cheese wasn’t melted and chicken was frozen). By the time they made the correction with heating the dippers thoroughly, we only had eight minutes to eat our food before they closed which the employee told us. One of the employees kicked us out of the store at 9 o’clock, which is when they close I told her if they would’ve had our food done correctly, the first two times we would’ve been out of there on time and not had been in the store for 45 minutes, she then threatened to call the manager in which I told her to please do, and then she said she’ll call me tomorrow. The employee was very rude.

Ordered online through the Subway app for pickup. Was very disappointed to find all the sandwiches were not made as ordered: wrong sauces, missing toppings & no sides included that were ordered. Didn’t receive cookies or chips along with the order even though they were specifically ordered. VERY disappointed!

Another absolutely terrible experience! After being sworn at about 6 months ago, I decided to give Subway another try - go today and my family gets done doing our order, another worker comes up and skips checking us out and checks out the guy being me and asks my family to move out of the way so the guy behind us can pay. We get checked out and then they started bagging our food up, then all of a sudden stops and walks away. I had to grab my own food behind the counter and finish bagging it. Needless to say, I will not be returning!

I visited the establishment with the intention of purchasing a sandwich. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my interaction with the staff. Despite repeating my sandwich preferences on three separate occasions, my order was still incorrect. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that the total cost for a single footlong sandwich amounted to $28. Upon receiving the receipt, I discovered that I had been charged for two sandwiches instead of one. I requested a refund, but my request was denied. Consequently, I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

They were very busy, but the staff did a great job juggling our orders and online orders. I could tell they were stressed, but they did great. Love coming here ♥️
