Neil and Polly are outstanding hosts who made us feel right at home. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the distilling process and shared some fascinating insights that really enhanced our visit. Their passion for what they do shines through, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The bourbon is absolutely fantastic, but our favorite has to be the oat bourbon. The flavor profile is rich and smooth, and it’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients. We left with a bottle in hand and can't wait to return for more!
