Hit or miss when it comes to quality. More times than not coffee taste watery. Also the employees cant figure out their store opens at 6am. Not whenever they feel like it. Kids these days have no sense of responsibility nor do their employers. Do better.

The barista didn’t say one word to me: her hair was greasy like she hadn’t showered in days. Her personal hygiene was absolutely disgusting and unexpected from my favorite coffee shop. I had to ask her if she would like my rewards number. She just looked at me. I am surprised she even entered it.

I have had the best experience here! Scott, Will, and Skyer rock! I asked for a matcha green tea, with raspberry infused bubbles, and extra caffeine 🙃 😋! Not only did they have them( which I'm very sad that most don't now, and I was told they are seasonal), but they were so fast, efficient and friendly! I also got a double shot Mocha Latte... we'll be back! Awesome experience here! Thank you all!🤗

I like malted mocha from Caribou coffee but this store is horrible fro serving to taste . Water and sugar would taste better.

We did not expect this when we stopped at this truck stop!! There is so much to look at - and so little time allotted on our trip!!! The code was great and woke us up to complete our trip. Met a lovely couple sitting at a table outside who come there regularly just to visit with customers!!

a TA truck stop with a Caribou Coffee inside!! This is trucker heaven. The Caramel Latte has a strong dark flavor I prefer over the other chains like Starbucks and Ziggi’s which are too light and sweet for me. The phone app works perfectly and saves your favorite orders just the way you like them for quick ordering and the app reloads your balance automatically if you want. The app tipping function is not available at franchise locations. The empire mall location in Sioux Falls is open a little later in case you missed the normal locations, and it’s located close to the entrance on the North side of the mall that says Macys/Sephora so you don’t have to walk far inside the mall.
Had iced latte. Tasted very bad for $7. Very expensive and no taste at all.

I'm on a long trip stopped for some coffee was the only one in line got ignored by the staff as soon as I walked away they started taking the order of the guy that just walked up behind me poor customer service if I wanted to be ignored I would have stayed at home
