I’ve been to Whimps over ten times and have had some great experiences in the past—usually quick service and solid food. However, the last few visits have been really disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes just to get a drink order in, and over an hour and a half with no food. Our order wasn’t complicated, and the place was half empty, so the wait didn’t make sense. I eventually had to cancel my order because I had somewhere to be. When I did, the waitress got an attitude and told us they were “super busy so we should have known,” even though it clearly didn’t seem that way. I really want to love this place again, but the inconsistency and recent service issues make it hard to recommend right now. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Was a bad steak and service. Had had beg for more pop and my steak was so undercooked it was fully red. Server was very rude to me and my friends.
