As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with a strong sewer smell. ALL garbages including the one outside was overflowing. We got ice cream which was very good though and good customer service. The place just needs a good cleaning.
The tall guy spent a lot of time in the bathroom and made us wait. Floor needs a good scrub. Need to scrub it every night. My shoes were sticking to the ground when I walked. Food was meh. Blizzard was fabulous. The black hair gal needs a customer service chat to be more happy and not crabby.
So disappointing that you have to go through the drive thru to get any service. Sometimes there's a note on the door saying the lobby is closed because there isn't enough staff... Other times it's just locked. SAD!! But I'm sure I'm not the only person who doesn't want to sit at the drive thru behind three burger orders when all I want is a cone or blizzard.
