Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I got a 4 piece chicken strip basket & it didn’t come with the Texas toast. Usually it does, so I asked the guy running the cash register. He went and checked in the kitchen and said, it only comes with it if you are getting fries & a drink. The chicken strips were hot & fresh, so that was good. The fries were mediocre. Later, I went to order a dipped chocolate cone & a kid’s dish of ice cream. The kids dish was maybe 2 tablespoons. I couldn’t believe how small it was, so I said something to him about it being 2.50 for that. He added some more ice cream. The chocolate shell on the cone was so thick, I didn’t even eat hardly any of it. (See picture). The man who took care of me was friendly enough, but I was very disappointed in the Chamberlain DQ. I tried to give it a shot after seeing a bunch of negative reviews, but alas, I was disappointed as well.

Terrible service. Food was awful. Sodas are all flat. Over 45 minutes for one chicken strip basket lady was too busy listening to music to give a shit. They brought the ice cream out first and it was completely melted.

Should have read the reviews first. VERY RUDE Staff. 0 stars if I could. I guess the owner still hasn’t learned about a good manager to straighten this out. So sad.

I rarely leave a bad review at places, but this one deserves it. Food was very disappointing as was the service. Blizzard was made wrong because the lady at the counter wasn't listening. Bread sticks were rock hard. All sodas were flat and tasteless. Cashier was very crabby and rude. My wife and mother in law had to go next door to use the bathroom because an employee was using it as a break room. Worst DQ experience ever.

Service was super fast here, quicker than I expected

I ordered a two for five and for one of the items they gave me fries, which I never eat in place of the classic burger that I actually ordered

I would give 0 stars if I could. The food was fine, but my daughter asked for sprinkles on her cone (as most toddlers do), and the woman behind the counter stomped off CUSSING about having to put sprinkles on her cone. My other toddler really wanted sprinkles as well, but after the rotten way she behaved, we just left. No reason to give our money to a business who treats their customers so poorly!

Watched a young worker rub his mouth and face with his hand, then use that hand to make a blizzard, even grabbing the cup INSIDE the cup (you don’t even need to do that, c’mon man). Then he used his other hand and rubbed his nose, then used that hand to make an ice cream cone. The ice cream was so runny it not only wouldn’t have passed the “upside down” test (which he didn’t do), just walking the cone from the counter to the table it had melted across their floor and disintegrated.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried the triple cheeseburger a few times and everytime it's completely drowned in mustard. otherwise everything else is good
