The manager is a very mouthy and gossipy lady ... And rolls of paper towels on the tables in place of napkins??!!! Kinda weird...

The food is decent. I mean, it's pizza hut. But I have had too many bad experiences here. Just this last time I found 4 hairs of varying length in my wings. I mean, I ate them. But that's nasty bro. You're lucky my standards are low.

This place needs to be permanently closed. The staff is horrible waited a hour and 15 minutes for an order only to have the staff close place. They tried to give us a pizza we didn't even order .

Passing through on a road trip. It was your typical Pizza Hut. Food was made fast and hot. Easy on and off the road.

Ridiculously slow and understaffed. We waited a full hour for our pizza. It took 30 minutes to even get to place our order. I was just about to get up and leave when the waiter, who was friendly but chatted way too much and was slow, finally came to take our drink order. We had been sitting about 15 minutes. Later, another couple waited 15 minutes without anyone even approaching them for drinks. The waiter was making pizzas on the line because they were so backed up and no one even realized new tables had come in. I mentioned the couple to the man who brought our pizza to our table, but he “wasn't the waiter†so he still didn't even bother acknowledging them. I do believe he was the manager. They left before anyone bothered to come back and greet them. Everyone walking in had to fetch their own menus as the one very slow waiter on staff was not greeting tables or bringing menus. When he came to get our drink order he didn't bother to bring menus and I had to ask him for them. The breadsticks were over cooked. I'm sure it's because they sat in the oven waiting to be served since they were frantically making pizzas. Just overall poor service. They weren't even trying to have customer service by apologizing to anyone for the wait, etc. I heard every customer that was in before us or was seated near/after us, complain about the lack of attention and slow service.

We got there at about 8:30 there were a few tables with people sitting at them . I went to the restroom. While I was in the restroom my husband was informed that they close the dining room at “ I don't know 8.†Their website said they were open until 10. Not impressed by this place at all.

Parents traveling with young kids: no changing tables in the bathrooms. Not a good choice if you're traveling 90 and need to feed your family. They also need more staff service was slow because of this, so again, if you're traveling and in a hurry find another restaurant.
