I can’t rate the food or service as I didn’t order. Only the atmosphere. We stopped to order, after getting off the road the first thing we did was head to the restroom. The girls didn’t use the restroom. They chose to wait. And after seeing vegetables, we decided to go elsewhere. We had no contact with anyone, total time discussing what we were going to do was about 3 minutes.

Came to town for an overnight and we really wanted something besides Pizza. We ordered 5 sandwiches and every single one of them was wrong in some way. Missing veggies or the wrong ones or missing mayo. Not only that but the bread was so hard it was like it had been sitting out for 3 days. They forgot my toddlers sides. It was very disappointing. We were the only order and it wouldn’t have done anything to do it right. Don’t waste your time.

I placed an online order while traveling across the state, thinking Subway would be a convenient and healthy option—especially since I’m trying to eat clean. I ordered a salad and specifically requested that the dressing be on the side (which honestly shouldn’t even need to be said—everyone prefers different amounts of dressing). I also ordered meals for my husband and daughter and felt great for planning ahead.
We arrived about five minutes after our scheduled pick-up time, only to find the pick-up shelf empty. While my daughter and I took turns using the very dirty bathroom, we stood waiting in line. About five minutes later, an employee finally looked up and asked if I was “so-and-so.” I said yes—and only then, ten minutes after the pick-up time, they started making our order.
When we finally got our food, I asked if there was silverware in the bag. There wasn’t. As I waited for the employee to grab some, I checked my salad—and it was completely drowned in dressing. When he returned, I looked him in the eye and calmly said, “The dressing was supposed to be on the side.” He didn’t say a word—just turned around and walked away.
The salad was so saturated in dressing, it was inedible. Between the delay, the dirty environment, the ignored instructions, and the complete lack of accountability, I won’t be returning. Hugely disappointing experience.

I have never seen a Subway in a town with high volume travel through traffic, not open on a Sunday!
Subway is always one of my son's favorite stops. He has a lot of food dislikes, as a picky eater he prefers his food made custom to his preference. He always gets a 6 inch on white bread, ham and American cheese with pepperoni, toasted. We really enjoy their place, wish they were open on Sundays. I wish soup was always available!
Dietary restrictions: My son appreciates his food made to his preferences. He is autistic.
Kid-friendliness: My son is autistic and a picky eater. He appreciates the custom orders.
