Very poor customer service from this miserable Nicole Thayer, ive never tried potato oles in a long time& she just let me know not to ever go thru taco johns again, because of this poor customer service she has, i thought she wouldve improved but still the same, if shes so unhappy& rude to customers that our Native Americans at her old age& has such a ugly personality she should find a different job. If there were no stars id pick that instead. I know a Native woman working wouldnt be able to get away with being rude to customers as she was to me,
I hope the natives that work there dont let her talk to them rude like she was to me.

Our order was wrong and they seemed under staffed. The building is in need of an upgrade and dirty. I'm a huge fan of TJ. This location doesn't represent what I have seen from the franchise.

The food tasted fine but was a little overcooked - super crunchy oles and not-so-soft soft shell tacos. The tables were all dirty when we arrived, though no one else was inside. I would go back but a few slight adjustments would make the visit more appealing.

The only thing I missed was the dr pepper was broken. Otherwise this was a classic taco John's experience. They even brought the food out to us. I had some yummy Chipotle lime fried chicken tacos.

I’ve stopped here a handful of times while traveling between Sioux Falls and Rapid City and my orders have never once been correct. Stop at a gas station for food and avoid this location.

This TJ is poorly managed. 4 very young guys running the show. We waited 20 minutes for "fast food," which wasn't TJ's standards. No napkins. No hot sauces. The dining area was filthy. Won't stop here again.
