I got a good late night look at the bar, was the DD, so not going to be a blurry review. It's a fairly big place for a small town bar and later in the evenings on a Tuesday was a small crowd. Shared a pizza with two friends and it was pretty good and probably each got what healthy portion should be. As for the bar itself the service is iffy some of the time due to business and such, so some smaller parties or singles have to wait a bit longer for a drink, the staff on the other hand are exceptional and they do a great job! The food, varies some days. But it is still amazing and is very flavorful for a good price too, my only real complaint is the atmosphere just not feeling 100% welcoming. I've been going to the chancellor bar since I was a little kid. I got to tell you it's one of the best HomeTown bars around. The people are genuine.. I have no complaints. Definitely a must stop in the Highway 44 cruise.
