I have had BBQ across the United States. The only thing I have found that compares is in TX. Small family run restaurant with a great atmosphere and even better food! Well worth the effort to try. Without a doubt I will be back!

Everything here is great! even the sides and cornbread are amazing! The brisket has been my favorite, perfectly seasoned and tender. Super fast and friendly service! Like, literally faster than a drive thru with no cars in front of you kinda fast.
An absolute must stop if in Clear Lake, SD.
Just check their hours, as of this review, they are open for lunchtime only, so come early.

What a surprise to find in Clear Lake! Passing through on business and the attractive entrance on main street and signage caught my eye. Great BBQ, friendly and fast! Highly recommend! Ribs and brisket were perfectly done and very delicious. I only noticed after I left that my BBQ beans were missed on my order but when I stop again I'll make sure to try.
Humble pig has the best bbq. I grew up around Kansas City and this is like KC BBQ. The tender brisket, smoked just right, pulled pork that is mouth watering and the sides are the best. I am so glad to have this great place in our little town!!
