Just went through with my 2 young children. Didn’t think to double check the order as I had 2 kids in the back and wanted to get home. When I finally open the bag I realize I’m missing about half of my order. Tried calling 3 times and got hung up on before I could get done with one sentence. Do better people! Seriously!
I quit coming to this DQ several years ago because they were slow, the place was dirty and always had something missing or made wrong. But, I saw that they had closed for a bit so I figured that meant they got new management, cleaned the place up and did some training on their employees. So, I figured I would give it a try. Wrong choice! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! They couldn’t figure out how to put the order in the register, had to turn the register off and restart it. It took 25 minutes for them to make 3 blizzards. They made one wrong, gave me a cake one when I ordered cotton candy, so said they would remake it. They remade it and I went on my way. Get it home and my daughter took a bite only to find out they just added the cotton candy flavor pieces to the cake one they had originally made me! The lobby smells like cat urine right when you walk in. The workers were talking badly about customers and another worker. This just solidified my decision in not coming back. I would rather drive to Madison, Sioux Falls or Hartford.
Do not waste your time! Ordered birthday cakes 4 days in advance, they lost the order and did not have them. Then proceeded to wait 45+ minutes for 5 ice creams. Was hoping this update would improve the location, but will not be supporting this business again unfortunately.

Stopped in on 10/29 at 8:40 pm (close at 9) they had the open light off, and would not answer the drive thru. We sat for 14 min then went inside.
Then they told us the grill is closed and wouldn't serve us.
Just shut the place down. It has had horrible service for years.
This is lady that came outside screaming at us. Saying the closed at 9. Our receipt says 8:53.
Will have to make some phone calls about thise crazy lady tomorrow during business hours!

The service was great. The food was great and I asked the server who the cook was and she said a guy named Jesse love the place great service recommend

Employees are rude, obnoxious, yelling, screaming and cussing at each other in the back like customers aren't in the dining room trying to enjoy their food. It also took awhile to get our food.

This place is just awful and quite honestly has been for years. At this point I feel dumb leaving a review as it’s been bad for years and I still stop hoping that I can merely get chocolate ice cream from the Queen of dairy, shame on me. The workers are always friendly, but they’re usually short staffed. Menu items taped over, sticky floors, it seems that the owners are trying to keep the atmosphere the same as the old building that was plowed down. It almost feels intentional at this point.

I never leave negative reviews because I understand the way that the food industry works; however, this was one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. 3 burgers with bad quality toppings all burnt to a crisp, 3 fries all cold (though they told us “we just dropped the fries”), and got our ice cream about 20 minutes before we got our food. The workers were very loud and messing around and talking inappropriately. We were the only ones in the restaurant besides a table who had been sitting there when we got there and already had their food. We waited AT LEAST 30 minutes. One positive - my dog liked his pup cup.
All of this was $45. We got it to go, and we should’ve gone back for a refund, but we were back on the interstate by the time we noticed the lack of food quality.
