We walked in at 540pm heading to a football game and had our food within 15 minutes. The food and service was excellent. If you want good quality authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price this is your place!

Great food. Great service. Great presentation. We are from out of town and we're surprised by a nice Mexican restaurant in the little town of elk point South Dakota!

Cold food not as described on menu. Ordered stuffed Poblanos with cheese and chicken the other shredded beef and cheese. Stewed shredded beef and chicken just added to the tops of each pepper. The peppers inside and out were not even room temp. The coating tasted old and the topped meat wasn't even warm. Tried to just eat it and not complain. I was so looking forward to some good food.
Finally threw in the towel and told waiter.
To have something to eat I just ordered 2 soft tacos. They brought out 2 tacos with hamburger little sprinkle of cheese and lettuce, again barely room temp. Asked if I could get some Pico. Gladly brought out with another up charge
Also ordered a margarita, before it was made saw the $8.00 price for a premixed dri nk asked if he would cancel it just bring me water. He nodded brought water then in a couple minutes a margarita rimmed in table salt and tasted like no tequila. Because I have a soft voice I just went ahead and kept it, blaming myself. Go to pay the bill to find out he charged 12.99 for what he claims was a large 27oz drink. No way was it and I wasn't even asked what size I wanted.
The only redeeming factor to this whole scenario was my husband's California Burrito he claimed was very good. Otherwise I would give a big fat zero considering the whole outcome.

This place is so hit or miss. Been here/take out 3 times now. Our first experience was great and food was wonderful. 2nd time I got my food to go it was incorrect but at least warm. This last and final time was horrible. I live 3 minutes away and by the time I placed my order had been 8 mins and when I got home my food was soggy/ cold and not fresh! The quesadillas in the past were melty with cheese sauce, this one wasn’t any of those things. They also charged me more than the online prices and when I said something he got mad/weird about it. It’s sad because I was excited about have something in town to eat, but I won’t be supporting them anymore.

The food was good, the service quick. Thanks to the waitress for putting up with my attempt to use my 10th grade spainish. Tacos con tripa y Tacos con lengua... lol. I settled for Tacos el Pastor.

Great Hispanic food.
Pretty decent Mexican restaurant. Nothing stands out as being exceptional except I would say the decor is kind of fun and festive. The service was pretty good except we wanted to take our time and it felt like they were trying to rush us out the door. Kind of strange since at least half of the tables were open. It’s not like they needed our booth. Why not let us stay a while and buy more drinks? Puzzling.
Colorful place!
Loved the fajitas quesadillas!
Nice small town atmosphere.
