Ahh the good ol' military dfac, sometimes the food is good at the mainline, its really a 50/50, but if you really want something good you gotta get food from the grill station because it's all cooked fresh right there. Also, the food "from around the world" station is USUALLY pretty good, sometimes can be a miss depending on who's cooking.
But coming from a guy who eats there 3 meals a day, I don't mind it because it saves me time...

Best dining facility I've been to. Not that I've been to a lot, but this one is top notch out of the ones I've visited. The food is good, at a great price, and it's very clean. The pizzas are made fresh right in front of you and are amazing.

This happens all the time by the way and during the busiest time of day.
I just spent 3 months in grand forks and holy that dinning facility is amazing.
Ellsworth is a joke and needs to step up their game.
