Steaks were tasty and cooked perfectly. However, pasta wasn't fully cooked, not even al dente.

Came for the Easter Brunch today (4/20/25) . . . FANTASTIC!! Very very fresh, tasty and more than plenty enough options to get full! Even though there was a big line right at 10am we were sat in less than 10 minutes, our drinks stayed full, table stayed clean. All around incredible team effort by the staff at Mad Mary’s! As a loyal patron of the casino in Larchwood for Easter year after year, this was a change up and will now be our new destination for Easter Brunch!!!

My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner on 3-29-25 while on a road trip. The atmosphere was very relaxed by engaging. We elected to sit at the bar where we got amazing service from Ryan. He even cooked up a dangerous, sneaky drink that had Malibu, Amaretto, peach schnapps, sour mix and sprite, I believe. It was a creeper drink, for sure! It tasted very good and not strong at all. The beer selection was good, with seasonal Sam Adam's and various other staple beers like Bud light, coors light and others.

For appetizers, we got the spicy cheese curds and fried pickles. I was absolutely obsessed with the pickles. The breading to pickle ratio was phenomenal. The spicy cheese curds had just enough heat. The ranch served with both was absolutely amazing.

For our meals, we both got steaks. The steaks were seasoned and cooked very well. A small issue happened with my food, one that barely felt like mentioning. My boyfriend took the initiative to mention it to Ryan, the bartender. It was dealt with promptly and included a free dessert, a massive free steak. The owner, Christine (Christina? I'm so sorry, I cannot remember) came over and chatted with us and kept offering more ways to make up for something very minimal. She went above and beyond.

My boyfriend and I have committed to stopping in every time we travel to South Dakota moving forward. Absolutely phenomenal.

The Staff at Mad Mary's is one to be proud of having! From the owners, to the cooks, to the waitresses, to the bartender, to the host, they always do a great job! Even on busy nights, the crew seems to stay on point! if you haven't been to Mad Mary's in awhile, I recommend ya give it a try! The food is fresh, the service comes with a smile, and they genuinely want you to have a good experience! 🍔🥩🔥

My husband took me here for my birthday and I got a prime rib with american fried potatos and long grain rice. I give the food a double A+ along with the service! We are very impressed and definitely coming back. It was worth the drive from Sioux Falls! Our waitress was super sweet and took great care of us!

Thursday night, 6 tables were filled, and we waited 70 mins for food. They need a new cook or waitress?

Would definitely eat here again. We were greeted and seated immediately. Decor is western themed and welcoming. Carla, our server, was very prompt with water, drinks and bread. Food arrived quickly and steak was perfectly cooked as requested. Had the strip loin with baked potato and salad. Salad was simple but fresh. Enjoyed the Mule cocktails. Thank you Carla and Mad Mary’s!

Parking: We found parking on the street in front of the restaurant.

Had a delicious anniversary meal at Mad Mary's. The Prime Rib and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon were both delicious and cooked beautifully. We ended the meal with a Grasshopper. Absolutely delicious!
