First time at this location and we received great service! The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole family enjoyed their ice cream. Will be back to try more this summer!

I don't know if it's all B&Gs but every time I got to this location because we live nearby I ask for cookie dough and its either not added or so miniscule that i can't taste anything. I need cookie dough chunks. Can't wait for dairy queen to be finished in Harrisburg...

They Food Taste horrible just like they service. I came the 1st time to get nachos. The corner store nachos taste better. Chili look like they just open the can and gave it to me uncooked. The pizza burger taste worsted

I like this place because it's unique. I only go there for ice cream. They can dip your ice cream in sauces like butterscotch and it freezes over the scoop of ice cream. It's great but it's also really sweet. A bit too sweet for me but cool idea and many people seem to love it cause it's always busy.

I have gone to this location multiple times and have received a cup of vanilla ice cream every time I order an avalanche. There is no mix ins in the avalanche that I've ordered. They are horrible. I've even gone as far as asking for "extra" and I end up paying for it... But not receiving it. I get it, all the employees are 14 years old ... But maybe training could be better? Or maybe order more product so you don't have to skimp on it? This is the WORST location in the area.
Cheeseballs were burnt. Chicken nuggets were gross. I'll stick to ice cream in the future.

We recently moved to SD from NE so I had never had B & G before. I've given this 2 tries now and I don't know what the hype is. First time (5/11 around 6pm), they literally forgot half my order and I had to send my husband for it so my ice cream wouldn't melt. And even the hot food wasn't very hot when I got home 5 minutes later. Second time, the French fries were literally raw still (4/9 around 6:15pm). I gave 2 stars because the ice cream was good.

The sign says open but the lobby is closed? No signage to indicate this. My kids and I walked there. Did you want me to take my kids through the drive thru in the middle of the cars? Completely ridiculous!
