Been coming here fore lunch for a few weeks now. The same server has been there every time and is always in good spirits. They make great conversation while making my food, my way. :)

We went in on a Wednesday night and it seemed like the two girls who were in there were very busy as it took a good while to get through the line. While we waited, they worked diligently and addressed people as they came in. What we quickly realized was that a lot of folks had ordered online via the app, however the orders were not coming to the store! These poor girls were having to rush make orders on the spot while also helping people who were walk in customers like ourselves. Considering how many people were effected, they handled the situation so well and really did what they could for everyone. Despite the difficulty and the wait people had, everyone was very understanding and no one took it out on the employees which is also a testament to the people who frequent this store and people who live in the area. While there were difficulties, the food was good and I believe those two girls deserve a bonus/pay bump/whatever good can be given to them as they were rock stars! I don't think our situation happens frequently but as it did happen while we were there, I can say these employees made our trip into the restaurant go smooth even with the troubles they faced.

Stopped in for lunch and they didn't have enough staff at noon. Took forever to get waited on and food prepping.Food was very good and clean facility.

I was there this evening to order two foot longs. I waited 30 minutes!!! I was actually in disbelief... Alison and Alex were there and I must say, they were the two most miserable people in service industry I have ever seen. Alex was slinging food and drawers everywhere. Body language indicated he hates his job. Fortunately his co-worker, Alison was somewhat better. This business will be out of business if they continue with these two. Even at $13. an hour (minimum wage) these two should thank their lucky stars to have a job. Many people have worked much harder for a lot less money. I will try Subway again, but if service is this bad again, and again I will choose another option. I've been in management. I would have "jacked" this young fella up long before now. Either work or leave. And at least "act" like it's not an imposition to wait on someone. Not at all happy with Subway. And no one to report it to. : (

I used to work there they were a great store but the management is not as good plus there is no delivery
If you pay attention to what they charge you you will get overcharged very soon for time!

Good subway, but the other day I went and the worker doing the veggies also did the cash register. He used the same gloves as he touched the money and then he touched the veggies by me. It just seems kind of gross

Ordered online and order was completely messed up, also the time before this I stoped in and ordered in person and Service was terrible took them forever to make one sandwich and if it wasn’t so close my work I would never show up again.
