Friendly and helpful. I’m sure they would have been the kind of staff that would have given me the shrimp that I ordered instead of the chicken that they gave me, if I had the time to go back.
Best home town, home cooked meal you can find on Hwy 83 in SD. Great service, great prices, and fantastic food. Stop in for a cheeseburger, cheese balls, and a ice cream shake on your way by! You won’t regret it.
I stopped by for lunch and it happened to be their last day of the season. The food was great (basic burger and chips). I loved that the residents were coming in and getting their last cone. It gave it a really family feel. Be warned they don't accept credit cards (but do take local checks)!
