We've been on the lookout for some tasty smoked meat and we found it! The food is AMAZING!!! I had the Hog 'N Mac Burrito with onions and it was so good. We also got brisket and ribs from the Pit Menu and were not disappointed. Juicy, smoky, tender, and tasty sauce. It is definitely worth going through the road construction!

We stumbled upon Silk Road in Hot Springs SD on a road trip and returned for lunch the next day! The vegan loved his aloo masala (curried veg and potato) and the vegetarian loved her kali daal (black lentils cooked in tomato & onion). Both meals came with a generous serving of spiced rice and naan bread (vegan without the chutney), followed by a vegan baklava for dessert. Yum! If you do dairy, the masala chai is not to be missed. The Pakistani fizzy soft drinks are absolutely incredible, also not to be missed!
