Ordered online, picked up order and everything was wrong, wrong bread wrong type of sandwich. Took food back and they argued saying the sandwiches were right, when shown the actual order the sandwich maker couldn’t figure out how to read the instructions on the order for what went on the sandwiches.

Apparently according to the snot training the guy that was making my sandwich- subway is moving away from “get it your way” didn’t address me directly even though standing right next to me. Just whisper to the dude making my food - i was not allowed to adjust the amount of cheese sauce on my nachos- so if you want to customize anything or be respected while you spend your hard earned money DON’T GO TO THIS SUBWAY!

Hi 👋 Ok let's dish ya'll 😋 we stopped by Subway a few days ago and a young man named Kale served us with the most Excellent customer service and sandwiches we have ever purchase from any subway. They were amazing! And Kale was so friendly, and always had a big smile on his face, he laughed with us and constructed the most awesome and tasty subs we have ever had. Subway he's got our Winning Employee 😋 Thank you so much for everything Kale you are top notch!

I'm standing at the "order here" waiting. The gentleman in front of me has placed his order and is visibly frustrated at the girl. She will NOT listen for the answers of the questions she has asked. She messed his order up. He asked for toasted, she wrapped it up before toasting. All this going on, while another girl aimlessly wonders around playing with her face, touching food after wiping her hand across her mouth. I thought I was a ghost because they looked right through me. After 10 minutes of this, I took my business elsewhere. Something else these "employees" didn't know about me, I always tip $100.00 to everyone working.

Guy working nights never warms up meat before putting it on bread. Then he ask if you want it toasted ..two times I said no....then he serves it cold...COLD MEAT & CHICKEN. .?the girls in morning & afternoon always warms up the meat or chicken in the little tray..?.....cold cuts only when he's making them I guess. .??

Terrible customer service, walked out due to the workers being so rude to us. Would not recommend at all.
Got food here in the middle of the night when everything in the area was closed.This is open 24 hours.Courteous staff.

I always eat here but forget to do a review, all warm smiles and fast with the order and the coldcut sandwich taste good. Today decided not eat inside but eat at the lake.

My chicken teriyaki fell apart. Was the worst sandwich ever. Came back due to route, hours etc. Girl was in the back, food uncovered. Can you say food born illness, flys etc.. Gross

Overcharged for a sandwich. A sandwich that is $3.50 anywhere else in the country is $6.05 here. Only Italian bread. No meatballs. Worst visit to a subway I’ve ever been to.
