The smoked porkloin with peach bourbon gastrique was fantastic!! I had it with the steamed broccoli and house salad. Definitely recommend!!

The food was as delicious, but the wait time for the meal was almost an hour. It was relaxed and casual. The wait staff was excellent.

Excellent service!!! Ambiance was okay but located in an open area to the side of the hotel lobby.Food was "meh".....steak was large, but thin and grisly...like something you'd get at a cafeteria style buffet place.... not worth the price at all.... dessert was same...frozen, buffet style, not fresh.A new food supplier and this place would merit a visit.

Got the South Dakota plate, it was good. The Chislic and dessert were the best part. Glad I tried Bison steak, but not my favorite. The rest of the food was perfectly fine. Not fine dining, but for the price, the meal was great. You can tell the staff was working hard. If we are ever in Hot Springs again, I would definitely return.

My service was a little lacking BUT as I watched the server run table to table, I realized he was doing his best to stay on top of the tables he had and I kinda slipped through the cracks. I was there by myself and in no real hurry so I didn't mind much.I read the menu and saw the nearly $3 cost for a can of soda, I opted for iced tea in hopes of free refills.... I never got to ask for a refill (this is the area that I did mind slipping through the cracks with service).My food order was great! I got the pork loin with peach and it was great! The two sides I got were corn and coleslaw. The corn was a bit on the dry side but still flavorful, the coleslaw was perfect!While I had a couple of hiccups with my visit, I will definitely try them again the next time I pass through town.

Tried the state appetizer "chislic" for the first time....not bad.It appears that the place is undergoing a face lift.... very neat & clean but a little "sterile", not much atmosphere. Friendly staff. Food

Tad was a great host. We enjoyed the staff and the upbeat environment. The food was great and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a waitresses names (not sure how to spell it) Lequsia she was really nice and quick with our stuff. We waited for a little longer than expected but that's ok because the food and service was amazing. I just got motzerlla sticks and they were really good
