I don't eat fast food very often but when I do, I like it without mustard. Whoever started this idiotic trend, needs to be drawn and quartered. There are people who don't like mustard in this world. It should be an option. Not a requirement for me to order it without.
I won't return anytime soon.
Burgers shouldn't automatically come with the condiments on them. Put that on the side.

I ordered a whopper with no lettuce and a large order of onion rings.I got a cold whopper with lettuce and a small order of onion rings that were very mushy.And greasy tasting They had to been sitting there for at least over 8 hours plus I tried calling them 56 different times but no one would answer the phone. The employees just don't care. And that is not saying much for the manager as well, apparently. They don't care either. Because look what kind of food and service they are handing out I strongly urge people to consider eating somewhere else. Other than Burger King, their food is just nasty. They were busy when I got there one other person ahead of me.In line to order food, we stood there forever.Only one person knew how to run the cash register and he was doing drive through so I can't blame him.He was doing a good job, but nobody else would help us get our orders in so I left there was no, I'll be right with you. They seen us standing there and completely ignored us. But the guy in front of me finally got his order in and I was still ignored.
People need to be trained.This is not employees, this is a management problem

Employees always forgets items in the drive thru then argues it is not true. I wouldn't of drove home and back if I did have the items. No apologies or anything.

Ordered two of the monster bundles. First not welcoming at all. Secondly the ice cream is supposed to be made with something purple, they left that out and did not even explain why. Did not give our second jack o latern whopper. lastly chicken fries are rock hard like not even edible. Highly disappointed and I feel like they were just being lazy. The job is not that hard, trust me I work in food service.

Very disgusting place, bugs crawling around, loads of flies, and fries burnt and soggy. Windows dirty, tables dirty I’d very much rather eat off my own bathroom toilet before I ate here. The floor is falling apart.

Ima be honest they gave us half of a burger bun for a replace of the chicken sandwich one, ( that long bun ) and they should of just told us they ran out of that bread instead of giving it like that so I was kinda disappointed besides that the food was amazing
