Ima be honest they gave us half of a burger bun for a replace of the chicken sandwich one, ( that long bun ) and they should of just told us they ran out of that bread instead of giving it like that so I was kinda disappointed besides that the food was amazing

I'm Writing This after Lobby close, Because me and my party of 11 people were Rudely and forcefully told that Lobby was Close at 9:15 pm Tonight By the On Duty Manager, But Clear States on the Door, The App, and Google that Lobby was open until 10pm and there were people getting food, and eating inside the restaurant. As a Former manager of A BK myself, I Understand not being ready, being understaffed all it, but this was unacceptable behavior of Management. When Mitchell was Open, we rolled with the punches. Will we eat here again maybe not if this is how your management treats your customers, and I can ensure you that I won't be the only complaint you will see about this, Bec I'm pretty sure there is plenty of dart players and my family filling this out. Because that was ridiculous, thank you and have a good night,
P.S. We weren't able to Get food or even approach the counter before the manager Rudely told use the main side door was locked but the door by the was unlocked, and then told us in the same tone, they were closed and to leave.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to be told they forgot about us even being there at all, and I was gonna write a review then, but gave y’all the benefit of the doubt. This is now twice I’ve sat here for 10+ minutes without service. Easily the wordt drive thru in town.
