Made my order wrong, lady taking my order at the counter was either not hearing me very well or not paying attention. I wish they would call out something about orders being ready rather than everyone just crowing at the counter.

I usually expect fast service at Jimmy John’s, but this location was a big disappointment. It took almost 20 minutes just to get one sandwich, and during that time the staff was more focused on being on their phones than helping customers. The dining area was messy with food scraps on the floor, and no one was wiping down tables. To make matters worse, employees were actually sitting on top of a table right next to the meat slicer definitely not sanitary. Overall, not the best service and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I ordered a Hunter's Club combo with sliced wheat bread, and they gave me the same sandwich but with a baguette! It's okay. I know it's summer. I didn't say anything, but you have to pay attention to what the customer orders. Greetings.

I've been going to Jim John's a lot more and today was probably about the tenth time my sandwich is missing half the meat and not enough lettuce it's like eating bread and lettuce with some mayo

Ive probably had Huron jimmy johns 20 times and about 10 of those times including this one the sandwhich is half the size it normally is. If your cutting portions fine but better cut the prices to.

When it first opened, I probably got it twice a week and I have since slowed down on my ordering, but the service and quality hasn't changed much at all since inception.There was only ONE time where I was missing an item I paid for, a cookie that we ordered, even though the kid checked the receipt a few times (we had a couple extras) he forgot to add it, but as far as I could tell he was a newbie (hadn't seen him before), so that's a learning curve that's likely expected. There was also once where they were out of bread, but in the process of making more.I would say our Jimmy John's is on par with others I've been to, and sure sometimes the servers can be abrupt with you - they are pretty busy after all, or a little slow on making a sub - but they are still probably the fastest "fast food" place in town by a long shot.For context, I pretty much just order menu subs as they are, minus tomatoes / mustard, etc., so I can't comment about if people are ordering extra meat and things, but I am not surprised if there are complaints about quantity of extras.In my opinion, they are skimpy on the mayo compared to other Jimmy Johns, so if you like mayo you need to factor that in. I've had to order extra mayo on every sub I've gotten and it still sometimes doesn't seem like enough. In that case, it might be safe to say they are not as generous with ingredients compared to other Jimmy Johns.It's worth it to get the app if you eat there a lot due to the great rewards system, and I've really only had a handful of bad-tasting / incorrect subs in the probably 70+ subs I've gotten there, which is saying something.

The place needs a lot of cleaning, floor was sticky, windows were scummy looking, table was not clean. If the building is this dirty how clean is the food? Server needs a lot of training in customer service.
