The food is good. Service is absolutely terrible. I've been here more than once to give them a fair chance, but it doesn't change. If you have a 'to go' order, they literally just leave you waiting at the counter. No acknowledgement. No communication. If you 'dine in', you have to flag the waitress for a refill because once your food comes, it's like they are done with your table. Don't go here if you want customer service... You won't find it.

They barely answer the phone. The are rude when they do! And then when I went to pick up the order I had to reorder cause the lady didn’t take down the order. And then made me wait additional 30 mins for my order.

The place and decorations are very nice, wonderful spot if you like your servers to ignore for 40 minutes, I’m not from the area and waiter just waves her hand in ignorance like I should know to sway myself, the rice that came with my plate felt and tasted hours old, it was a nice experience when other Mexican people would come into the restaurant they would get a Greeting and smile but I got silenced and my food slide to me, I could’ve went to a Taco Bell for better service

Everything about la patrona and their food is deliciously amazing, they make good food and try their best to keep up with new tables especially during the mornings, the boss lady is a good lady, she has some bad attitude but it probably because something happened in her personal life, people shouldn’t just see the lady for her attitude and see her as a normal human being like the rest of us, she tries her best to be positive but she deals with a lot of hate from these customers and their attitude
