By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Barely any salt on fries so couldn't even taste them. Burger was also completely flavorless. Not sure how that's possible in a food chain that has the same supply as other McDonald's but the worst part was all the cussing from the staff in the kitchen that everyone in the restaurant could hear.

Rudest manager on earth. He threw my food away and then proceeded to yell at me like it was our fault. No apology or anything. Ran off with my phone and refused to give it back. I recommend finding a new manger or worker whatever he was. Very rude and unprofessional.

I ordered a Big Mac, Fries and a Vanilla Shake with no whipped cream.... order # 275, Door Dash #39EF15E1.... what I received was nothing but tiny bits & pieces of fries that I literally had to dig out of the container and no straw in which to drink my shake with.

Slow, annoyingly send you "around the corner" every time you drive thru, always have minimum 3 people waiting "around the corner" for food or even coffee, and it's a toss-up if they'll get your order correct.
Update: these days our McDonald's isn't as bad as it used to be, thanks to the option for customers to order in advance, only three stars though because after all, it's still McDonald's... If McDonald's still had the play area inside, five stars all day, easy. What a shame.

I have never been to the McDonald's on 6th Street in Brookings and not had an issue with something. Either the lobby is shut down, the drive through is shut down or my orders are not fulfilled correctly or they are out of, well the most common items. Seems to be very poorly run by very incompetent staff. I don't expect much from McDonald's but this one always lets me down!
