Very poor customer service closed 10:08 despite claiming to be open till 10:30. This location will not let you modify -Yet- extra pickles and onion too much when they already don't participate in the $7 special. Yet they have the nerve for a tip jar lol. At least they apologized yesterday for not participating in the $7 special. Poor customer service seems to be a cronic problem at dairy Queen perhaps it is profitable? A few vacations back we failed to find dairy queens that honored online promotions as well. CRONIC PROBLEM !!!
Although it was posted that they don't do special requests on orders, since they weren't too busy they were willing to honor requests like No Pickle. Blizzard was soft, would not pass the flip test. Staff was nice.

It's the typical DQ. There was available sidewalk seating. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful weather.

They don’t honor anything on the Dairy Queen app. Seriously the app comes from DW corporate. You guys need to be consistent. Why earn points if you won’t take the app deals. Prices here are high and they weren’t particularly nice staff. I would pass this DW for something else. Better ice cream in Keystone.

Their menu does not match up with what it says online. No meal deals, no kids meals, no chicken sandwiches. Cheeseburgers were made incorrectly and no gravy was given with the chicken strip meals. Cost just as much to eat at a local diner in town and wish we would’ve done that instead.

Ordered 3 meals only to be told they don't accept gift cards. There should be a sign beforehand or we wouldn't have ordered. Overpriced and the food was mediocre. The burgers were lukewarm. The inside is a nice little shop.

Facility was a bit cramped to eat in, better to carry-out for just ice cream, which was not that cold. Friendly employees.
