Not a great experience. Fries were decent, the burger patties were good but the toppings sucked. Tried holy terror burger, jalapenos weren't good at all. Mac and cheese tastes like Kraft from a box (son did like it though) ordered eggs on burger to be cooked over hard, they came over easy. The chocolate milk tasted real real cheap. A chalky taste to it. Our waiter was a very nice guy. He deserved a great tip but the food killed the experience. Also the mirrors on all the walls was a weird experience.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because my burger was decent. My daughter had the garlic parmesan chicken. The sauce on the chicken was not good. What really got to me was our waiter began smoking right next to us (he was leaning against the rail right behind my chair only a couple of feet away). I gave him a look like "are you f-ing kidding me" it didn't faze him. I don't see any reason to return.

We came here because it was recommended by locals. Horrible choice. Service was nice, but absent minded. My food came out wrong. Apparently it is no longer called Railhead because the Ramada Inn bought it. Food was bland. Wish I had reviews before we came.

The service was very nice, and food came out at a decent waiting period I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger but substituted the patty for a black bean burger AND IT WAS SO DELICIOUS OH MY GOSH!

We went for breakfast. The food from the very boring menu is not very good . None of the ingredients seemed to be very high quality. Service was decent but the food was overpriced considering the quality. This is attached to the Ramada inn and the only breakfast option within the hotel.

Brought incorrect order the first time. Somewhat slow service. Ok food.

I'm not sure why there are negative comments about this place. My wife, granddaughter and I had breakfast here today and we're blown away by the service ! The breakfast menu is decent with ample choices. We asked for a different side for the GD and it was no problem. In fact I think we'll be heading back again tomorrow!! The floors are tiled, spotlessly clean as was our booth, table and cutlery. The food was up in about 10 minutes, it was hot and very appetizingly presented. The wait staff came by to check all was ok with us and asked if we needed anything else and then left us to enjoy our meals.

We were staying at the Ramada, so we went to the Railhead. The fried pickles and peppers were so salty we could not eat them. The coleslaw was "off" and the club sandwich underwhelming with translucent tomatoes. Ugh.

Don't go here. We were forgotten, 90 minutes later we got one hamburger and my daughter got a steak so cook it was not edible. And let's not forget the rudeness of throwing a towel at us cause my daughter drink spilled. Oh we got a discount $4.00 (10 percent).. Beware stay away!

This place is a nice spot to get out of the swarm of tourists that fill every square foot of Keystone. The food was reasonably priced and good. Good, clean salad bar. The server was pleasant and accommodating. Just watch out for the weekend "Wannabe Hells Angels" that pay no attention to pedestrians when trying to get there.

If we had read the reviews first, we wouldn't have come here. But I'm glad we did. The service was friendly, prompt and attentive. The food came fast and was very good; I had the fish and chips, and my wife had soup and sandwich. The bread was slightly dry, but everything else was very good. The items in the salad bar were fresh and good quality.

Was so appalled by every thing about this restaurant. The service was so poor I was made to feel bad by the waitress for coming in to eat with my partner. There was no politeness from her at all. Being a Vegan I was limited to my ordering choice, when confirming a few times with the waitress that the meal would have no dairy product or meat she still seemed utterly confused by my order. When the meal arrived the burger bun was so greasy I could almost see my reflection in it. The sweet potato fries were under cooked. And then after biting into my burger there was cheese on it, The one thing I stressed to the waitress that I didn't want on there.

Take a look at the dates on the other reviews. After major disappointments at a couple other restaurants and walking out before getting food, We settled on the Rail Head. Apparently this place is under new management. We walked in and got seated right away. They were serving a Father's Day buffet for $9.99. I fully expected to hear "buffet for $25". The staff was very friendly and the food was decent. My only gripe was that they didn't have a model train running up on the shelf that runs around the place and I let the manager know of my disappointment.
