Our friendly shuttle driver recommended this restaurant for our first visit to Mount Rushmore. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt as if we were transported to the late 1800s with memorabilia reminiscent of the Old West. The Victorian Era dolls and mannequins in period costume on the shelf provided a special touch. The food, however, was left to be desired. Our lunch would have been delightful if not for the two staff members holding a very LOUD conversation at the front desk through our our entire meal. Having said that our personal server was wonderful.

They let us in, even close to closing hours. They have extremely good service and it really showed quality of service from the greeter to waitress 💯

At first, it looked like well decorated restaurant and we didn't really have that high of expectation. When we got the food, buffalo steak and a burger, it didn't look that well presented either 🤔
