“Stopped at Club Vega in Kimball and it did not disappoint! The food was way better than I expected for a small-town spot. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the patty melt was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Their Vega fries with the firecracker sauce are a must-try too. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s a cozy, casual place with a real local charm — nothing fancy, just good people and great food at a fair price. Definitely worth the stop if you’re passing through or looking for a solid meal in Kimball. I’ll be back for sure!”
