We are headed home to Kimball, Ne. We mapped our trip out last night and google told us that Club Vega had the best steaks in the state. They are pretty tasty! The atmosphere is relaxing and a small town feel!
Stopped at Club Vega in Kimball and it did not disappoint! The food was way better than I expected for a small-town spot. The prime rib was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the patty melt was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Their Vega fries with the firecracker sauce are a must-try too.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Great small town stop on the way to/from the hills/Sturgis. Burgers and pizza are great.
