These workers need a raise. There were two people to run both the Subway and the Godfather’s Pizza place. One was brand new. They need help and a raise and then maybe service could be what the business promotes which is “express”. It took 30 minutes for one pizza and not only that but it was restaurant pricing. Either shut the place down if you can’t afford to deliver what you promise to keep employees or give them a needed raise and more workers in there.

Local Customer. when the location first opened service was quite consist until recently. "if" the online ordering is working. which we always try to to utilize the deals/coupons. its a gamble if your food will be done when it says it will. too often the order will be missed completly. our most recent order had a 1LB order of BUFFALO Wings. the wings were braught to us naked with room temp sauce on the side.. my wife brought it to their attention that the order didnt look like a full LB. the worker assured her that 10 wings equals one pound. i weighed it when she come home and it was 12.2 OZ including the container they were in which measured 1 oz empty. there are 16oz in a lb for reference. i hope to see this location thrive and it saddens me to have to write this review.

I live in Kimball and this place makes me angry just about every time I order from them. they are almost never done with the pizza when they say they will be. in the past they have messed up my pizzas a few times and also forgot entire pizzas, and today they decided it was just fine to leave their iPad logged out so that when I arrived at the time I was told my food would be done, they never even started it. they told me it would take 15 minutes to make my pizzas and it has now been a half an hour and no food, making it now 110 minutes past when I gave them money for pizza. it's hard to be more angry at a restaurant.

Stopped in for a shower. Pizza smelt so good, had to try it. We enjoyed a large all meat, it was outstanding. The people are so friendly and the place is clean. From Kentucky will stop again. ???

Hardest working night crew in the game. We have picked up dinner here many times and hands down best service crew and food. Josh Jeremy and Patrick have always been very helpful, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to make our experience memorable and make our food right. Good job and see ya soon.

I love Godfathers Pizza. But bad experience here. As I entered TV screens to order were off. All shelves were empty and nobody on counter. I saw two boys inside and came and switched on TV at 3.30 pm.I ordered and I left my fresh food on table to get drinks and in 2 minutes it was gone. Staff threw it. It was no problem. But instead of any sorry, they were laughing that the did a great job.
LOVED the thin base pizza, Pam made it soo well just like I wanted it to be and her customer service 11/10 !!!!!

I have gone to Godfather's four times so far twice in the morning and twice at night the only reason I am giving 5 stars is for the night crew my order taker was Terry and he was very considerate and knowledgeable and even made recommendations and made sure I got exactly what I wanted where on the morning crew they were disinterested in me and I didn't feel like they even wanted my business that I was a burden but again Terry Kaden and Wyatt were awesome especially Terry with his top notch customer service Good job night crew you are the only reason I will continue to come back. Anyone reading this I don't recommend going in the morning if you can help it wait till night. Day crew I give 1star rating.
